    രാജ്യത്തെവിടെയും യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ഇനിയൊരറ്റ കാര്‍ഡ്
    നാഷണല്‍ കോമണ്‍ മൊബിലിറ്റി കാര്‍ഡിന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി തുടക്കമിട്ടു. ഒരു രാജ്യം ഒരു കാര്‍ഡ് മാതൃകയില്‍ ഇനി ഏത് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെയും പൊതുഗതാഗത സംവിധാനങ്ങള്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കാന്‍ നാഷണല്‍ കോമണ്‍ മൊബിലിറ്റി കാര്‍ഡ് മതി. സ്‌റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുമായി ചേര്‍ന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര ഭവന, നഗരകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയം ഡെബിറ്റ്/ക്രെറ്റിഡ് മാതൃകയില്‍ ആവിഷ്‌കരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സ്മാര്‍ട്ട് കാര്‍ഡാണിത്. നാഷണല്‍ മൊബിലിറ്റി കാര്‍ഡുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ സംസ്ഥാന വ്യത്യാസമില്ലാതെ മെട്രോകളിലും ട്രെയിനുകളിലും ബസുകളിലും യാത്ര ചെയ്യാം. ഇതിന് പുറമെ ടോള്‍, പാര്‍ക്കിംഗ് ചാര്‍ജ്ജിംഗ് അടയ്ക്കാനും സാധാനങ്ങള്‍ വാങ്ങാനും പണം പിന്‍വലിക്കാനും ഇതേ കാര്‍ഡ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. അഹമ്മദാബാദില്‍ നടന്ന പൊതുയോഗത്തിലാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി നാഷണല്‍ കോമണ്‍ മൊബിലിറ്റി കാര്‍ഡ് പുറത്തിറക്കിയത്.
    പുതിയ കാര്‍ഡ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള പെയ്‌മെന്റ് സംവിധാനം സ്വീകാര്‍ എന്ന പേരില്‍ അറിയപ്പെടും.
    രാജ്യത്തെ എല്ലാ റെയില്‍വേ, മെട്രോ സ്‌റ്റേഷനുകളിലും മറ്റു പൊതുഗതാഗത കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലും സ്വാഗത് പെയ്‌മെന്റ് സംവിധാനം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തുമെന്ന് കാര്‍ഡിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടന വേളയില്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു. കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരിന് കീഴിലുള്ള ഭാരത് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്‌സ് ലിമിറ്റാണ് (BHEL) സ്വാഗത് മെഷീനുകള്‍ നിര്‍മ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. നിലവിലെ POS മെഷീനുകള്‍ക്ക് സമാനമാണിത്.ക്രെഡിറ്റ്, ഡെബിറ്റ്, പ്രീപെയ്ഡ് കാര്‍ഡുകളുടെ മാതൃകയില്‍ ബാങ്കുകള്‍ തന്നെയാണ് പുതിയ നാഷണല്‍ കോമണ്‍ മൊബിലിറ്റി കാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുക.
    ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തില്‍ 25 ബാങ്കുകളാണ് ഒരു രാജ്യം ഒരു കാര്‍ഡ് പദ്ധതിയില്‍ പങ്കാളികളാകുന്നത്.
    ബാങ്കുകള്‍ മുഖേന നല്‍കുന്ന കാര്‍ഡായതുകൊണ്ട് ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ പണം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാനുള്ള സാധ്യത വിരളമാണെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര നഗരകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയം പറയുന്നു. പുതിയ കാര്‍ഡിന്റെ പ്രചാരണാര്‍ത്ഥം ആകര്‍ഷകമായ ക്യാഷ്ബാക്ക് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉപയോക്താക്കള്‍ക്ക് ലഭിക്കും. രാജ്യത്തെ എടിഎമ്മുകളില്‍ നിന്ന് പണം പിന്‍വലിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അഞ്ചു ശതമാനം വരെയാണ് ക്യാഷ്ബാക്ക് ഒരുങ്ങുന്നത്. വിദേശത്തു നിന്നാണ് കാര്‍ഡ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പിന്‍വലിക്കുന്നതെങ്കില്‍ ക്യാഷ്ബാക്ക് പത്തു ശതമാനമായി ഉയരും.

    औरंगाबाद जिल्ह्यातील कन्नड तालुक्यात एक दुर्दैवी घटना समोर आली असून, शेतात गेलेल्या दोन सख्ख्या बहिणींचा विहिरीत पडून मृत्यू झाला आहे. शेतात गेलेल्या या दोन्ही बहिणी तीन दिवसांपासून बेपत्ता होत्या. दरम्यान आज दुपारी दोन वाजण्याच्या सुमारास शेतातील जुन्या पडक्या विहिरीत या दोन्ही बहिणींचा मृतदेह आढळून आला आहे. स्वाती दत्तू चव्हाण (वय 19 वर्षे) आणि शितल दत्तू चव्हाण (वय 15 वर्षे) असे या दोन्ही बहिणींची नावं आहेत. या घटनेने परिसरात खळबळ उडाली असून, सर्वत्र हळहळ व्यक्त केली जात आहे.

    നാഷണല്‍ കോമണ്‍ മൊബിലിറ്റി കാര്‍ഡിന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി തുടക്കമിട്ടു. ഒരു രാജ്യം ഒരു കാര്‍ഡ് മാതൃകയില്‍ ഇനി ഏത് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെയും പൊതുഗതാഗത സംവിധാനങ്ങള്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കാന്‍ നാഷണല്‍ കോമണ്‍ മൊബിലിറ്റി കാര്‍ഡ് മതി. സ്‌റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുമായി ചേര്‍ന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര ഭവന, നഗരകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയം ഡെബിറ്റ്/ക്രെറ്റിഡ് മാതൃകയില്‍ ആവിഷ്‌കരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സ്മാര്‍ട്ട് കാര്‍ഡാണിത്. നാഷണല്‍ മൊബിലിറ്റി കാര്‍ഡുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ സംസ്ഥാന വ്യത്യാസമില്ലാതെ മെട്രോകളിലും ട്രെയിനുകളിലും ബസുകളിലും യാത്ര ചെയ്യാം. ഇതിന് പുറമെ ടോള്‍, പാര്‍ക്കിംഗ് ചാര്‍ജ്ജിംഗ് അടയ്ക്കാനും സാധാനങ്ങള്‍ വാങ്ങാനും പണം പിന്‍വലിക്കാനും ഇതേ കാര്‍ഡ് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. അഹമ്മദാബാദില്‍ നടന്ന പൊതുയോഗത്തിലാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി നാഷണല്‍ കോമണ്‍ മൊബിലിറ്റി കാര്‍ഡ് പുറത്തിറക്കിയത്.
    പുതിയ കാര്‍ഡ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള പെയ്‌മെന്റ് സംവിധാനം സ്വീകാര്‍ എന്ന പേരില്‍ അറിയപ്പെടും.
    രാജ്യത്തെ എല്ലാ റെയില്‍വേ, മെട്രോ സ്‌റ്റേഷനുകളിലും മറ്റു പൊതുഗതാഗത കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലും സ്വാഗത് പെയ്‌മെന്റ് സംവിധാനം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തുമെന്ന് കാര്‍ഡിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടന വേളയില്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു. കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരിന് കീഴിലുള്ള ഭാരത് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്‌സ് ലിമിറ്റാണ് (BHEL) സ്വാഗത് മെഷീനുകള്‍ നിര്‍മ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. നിലവിലെ POS മെഷീനുകള്‍ക്ക് സമാനമാണിത്.ക്രെഡിറ്റ്, ഡെബിറ്റ്, പ്രീപെയ്ഡ് കാര്‍ഡുകളുടെ മാതൃകയില്‍ ബാങ്കുകള്‍ തന്നെയാണ് പുതിയ നാഷണല്‍ കോമണ്‍ മൊബിലിറ്റി കാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുക.
    ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തില്‍ 25 ബാങ്കുകളാണ് ഒരു രാജ്യം ഒരു കാര്‍ഡ് പദ്ധതിയില്‍ പങ്കാളികളാകുന്നത്.
    ബാങ്കുകള്‍ മുഖേന നല്‍കുന്ന കാര്‍ഡായതുകൊണ്ട് ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ പണം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാനുള്ള സാധ്യത വിരളമാണെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര നഗരകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയം പറയുന്നു. പുതിയ കാര്‍ഡിന്റെ പ്രചാരണാര്‍ത്ഥം ആകര്‍ഷകമായ ക്യാഷ്ബാക്ക് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ ഉപയോക്താക്കള്‍ക്ക് ലഭിക്കും. രാജ്യത്തെ എടിഎമ്മുകളില്‍ നിന്ന് പണം പിന്‍വലിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അഞ്ചു ശതമാനം വരെയാണ് ക്യാഷ്ബാക്ക് ഒരുങ്ങുന്നത്. വിദേശത്തു നിന്നാണ് കാര്‍ഡ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പിന്‍വലിക്കുന്നതെങ്കില്‍ ക്യാഷ്ബാക്ക് പത്തു ശതമാനമായി ഉയരും.

    औरंगाबाद जिल्ह्यातील कन्नड तालुक्यात एक दुर्दैवी घटना समोर आली असून, शेतात गेलेल्या दोन सख्ख्या बहिणींचा विहिरीत पडून मृत्यू झाला आहे. शेतात गेलेल्या या दोन्ही बहिणी तीन दिवसांपासून बेपत्ता होत्या. दरम्यान आज दुपारी दोन वाजण्याच्या सुमारास शेतातील जुन्या पडक्या विहिरीत या दोन्ही बहिणींचा मृतदेह आढळून आला आहे. स्वाती दत्तू चव्हाण (वय 19 वर्षे) आणि शितल दत्तू चव्हाण (वय 15 वर्षे) असे या दोन्ही बहिणींची नावं आहेत. या घटनेने परिसरात खळबळ उडाली असून, सर्वत्र हळहळ व्यक्त केली जात आहे.
