    ജനസുരക്ഷയും സമാധാനവും ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുന്നതിന് സൗദി അറേബ്യയില്‍ ട്രോളുകൾക്ക് വിലക്ക്. ജനങ്ങളുടെ സുരക്ഷയും സമാധാനവും സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനാണ് ആക്ഷേപഹാസ്യങ്ങൾ സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളിൽ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് വിലക്കിയത് . ജനങ്ങൾക്കിടയിൽ തെറ്റായ സന്ദേശം പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും പൊതുസമാധാനത്തിന് ഭീഷണി സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിനും സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങൾ വ്യാപകമായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഈസാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് ഫെയ്‌സ്‌ബുക്ക് ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളിൽ ട്രോളുകൾ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നത് നിരോധിച്ചത്.നിയമലംഘനം നടത്തുന്നവർക്ക് പരമാവധി അഞ്ചുവർഷംവരെ തടവുലഭിക്കും. ഇതിനുപുറമേ 30 ലക്ഷം റിയാൽ വരെ (ഏകദേശം 5.76 കോടി രൂപ) പിഴ ചുമത്താൻ നിയമത്തിൽ വ്യവസ്ഥയുണ്ടെന്നും പബ്ലിക് പ്രോസിക്യൂട്ടർ മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നൽകി. പരിഹസിക്കുക, പ്രകോപനം ഉണ്ടാക്കുക, അന്യരെ ശല്യപ്പെടുത്തുക തുടങ്ങിയ പോസ്റ്റുകൾക്കെതിരേ കടുത്ത ശിക്ഷാനടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കും. ഇത്തരം പോസ്റ്റുകൾ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് ഫോർവേഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതും ശിക്ഷാർഹമാണ്. മതമൂല്യങ്ങളെ അപമാനിക്കുക, ധാർമികതയ്ക്ക് വിരുദ്ധമായ ചിത്രങ്ങൾ പോസ്റ്റുചെയ്യുക, തെറ്റിദ്ധാരണയുളവാക്കുന്ന ആശയങ്ങൾ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുക, തെറ്റായ വാർത്തകൾ സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളിൽ പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുക തുടങ്ങിയ കാര്യങ്ങൾ സൈബർ കുറ്റകൃത്യമായി പരിഗണിക്കുമെന്നും പബ്ലിക് പ്രോസിക്യൂട്ടർ അറിയിച്ചു

    अयोध्या पहुंचे प्रदेश के अनुसूचित जाति वित्त एवं विकास निगम के चेयरमैन डा लालजी प्रसाद निर्मल ने कहा कि दलितों के आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण के लिए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने आजादी के 70 वर्ष बाद पहल की है। उत्तर प्रदेश अनुसूचित जाति अभ्युदय योजना (पीएम-अजय) को प्रधानमंत्री अनुसूचित जाति अभ्युदय योजना नाम दिया गया है। इतना ही नहीं जुलाई 2018 के सीएम के अनुरोध पत्र पर भारत सरकार ने ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में वार्षिक आय सीमा 47080 रुपये तथा शहरी क्षेत्रों में 56460 रुपये तथा अनुदान की धनराशि 10 हजार हजार को संशोधित कर वार्षिक आय को सीमामुक्त तथा 2.50 लाख रूपये से कम वार्षिक आय के लोगों को प्राथमिकता देने और अनुदान राशि 50 हजार प्रति लाभार्थी कर दी है।रविवार को वह सर्किट हाउस में मीडिया से मुखातिब थे। उन्होने बताया कि योजना के तहत अनुसूचित जाति बाहुल्य 6171 गावों में प्रधानमंत्री आदर्श ग्राम योजना संचालित होगी और उद्यम के लिये समूह/क्लस्टर बना आय-सृजक योजनाएं चलायी जायेंगी। साथ ही नये छात्रावासों का निर्माण तथा पुराने छात्रावासों का नवीकरण व सुदृढ़ीकरण होगा।डॉ. निर्मल ने बताया कि लाभार्थियों को प्रोजेक्ट निर्माण प्रशिक्षण दिलाने तथा उद्यम पर निगरानी के लिए राज्य और जिले पर प्रोजेक्ट इंप्लीटेशन यूनिट (पीआईयू) बनाया जा रहा है और बड़े उद्यमियों से संवाद के साथ उत्पाद के लिए बाजार खोजा जा रहा है। कहा कि वर्तमान में संचालित 261 बाबू जगजीवनराम छात्रावासों में 50 क्षमता वाले का 5 लाख,100 की क्षमता का 10 लाख तथा 150 क्षमता वाले छात्रावासों का 15 लाख रूपये से मरम्मत कराया जायेगा। तीन लाख प्रति छात्र की दर से 6 नए छात्रावासों का निर्माण और प्रति छात्र 5 हजार का फर्नीचर उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। कहा कि मोदी योगी सरकार ने आजादी के 100 वर्ष तक दलित वर्ग के दंश को खत्म करने का लक्ष्य है जिसमें अभ्युदय योजना मील का पत्थर साबित होगी।

    अयोध्या पहुंचे प्रदेश के अनुसूचित जाति वित्त एवं विकास निगम के चेयरमैन डा लालजी प्रसाद निर्मल ने कहा कि दलितों के आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण के लिए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने आजादी के 70 वर्ष बाद पहल की है। उत्तर प्रदेश अनुसूचित जाति अभ्युदय योजना (पीएम-अजय) को प्रधानमंत्री अनुसूचित जाति अभ्युदय योजना नाम दिया गया है। इतना ही नहीं जुलाई 2018 के सीएम के अनुरोध पत्र पर भारत सरकार ने ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में वार्षिक आय सीमा 47080 रुपये तथा शहरी क्षेत्रों में 56460 रुपये तथा अनुदान की धनराशि 10 हजार हजार को संशोधित कर वार्षिक आय को सीमामुक्त तथा 2.50 लाख रूपये से कम वार्षिक आय के लोगों को प्राथमिकता देने और अनुदान राशि 50 हजार प्रति लाभार्थी कर दी है।रविवार को वह सर्किट हाउस में मीडिया से मुखातिब थे। उन्होने बताया कि योजना के तहत अनुसूचित जाति बाहुल्य 6171 गावों में प्रधानमंत्री आदर्श ग्राम योजना संचालित होगी और उद्यम के लिये समूह/क्लस्टर बना आय-सृजक योजनाएं चलायी जायेंगी। साथ ही नये छात्रावासों का निर्माण तथा पुराने छात्रावासों का नवीकरण व सुदृढ़ीकरण होगा।डॉ. निर्मल ने बताया कि लाभार्थियों को प्रोजेक्ट निर्माण प्रशिक्षण दिलाने तथा उद्यम पर निगरानी के लिए राज्य और जिले पर प्रोजेक्ट इंप्लीटेशन यूनिट (पीआईयू) बनाया जा रहा है और बड़े उद्यमियों से संवाद के साथ उत्पाद के लिए बाजार खोजा जा रहा है। कहा कि वर्तमान में संचालित 261 बाबू जगजीवनराम छात्रावासों में 50 क्षमता वाले का 5 लाख,100 की क्षमता का 10 लाख तथा 150 क्षमता वाले छात्रावासों का 15 लाख रूपये से मरम्मत कराया जायेगा। तीन लाख प्रति छात्र की दर से 6 नए छात्रावासों का निर्माण और प्रति छात्र 5 हजार का फर्नीचर उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। कहा कि मोदी योगी सरकार ने आजादी के 100 वर्ष तक दलित वर्ग के दंश को खत्म करने का लक्ष्य है जिसमें अभ्युदय योजना मील का पत्थर साबित होगी।
