Farm laws protests: Will hold talks before Dec 3 if farmers shift to designated site, says Amit Shah
Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday reached out to the farmers protesting against the Centre's new agriculture-related laws and said that the government is ready to hold talks with them. He also appealed to the farmers to hold their protest at the Sant Nirankari ground at Burari in north Delhi. The Central government has invited several Punjab farmer organisations for another round of talks in Delhi on December 3.

Army Day is celebrated on January 15 every year in recognition of Field Marshal KM Cariappa's taking over as the first commander-in-chief of the Indian Army from General Francis Butcher, the last British Commander in 1949. The 73rd Army Day celebrations were held Friday at Delhi's Parade Ground amid COVID-19 protocols.
