मंडी। हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंडी जिला के द्रंग विधानसभा क्षेत्र के तहत आने वाले नगवाईं के राजेश शर्मा जैक तकनीक के सहारे अपने बने-बनाए घर को उसके मौजूदा स्थान से उठाकर 120 फीट दूर ले जा रहे हैं। इस कार्य के लिए राजेश शर्मा ने लुधियाना की कंपनी को साढ़े पांच लाख में ठेका दे रखा है। घर को शिफ्ट करने पर सारा अनुमानित खर्च 9 से 10 लाख रूपए आंका जा रहा है। राजेश शर्मा ने बताया कि पहले उनका घर सड़क से काफी दूर था लेकिन फोरलेन निर्माण के कारण अब उनका घर सड़क से बिल्कुल पास और सड़क से काफी ज्यादा डाउन हो गया है। इसी के चलते उन्होंने आधुनिक तकनीक के सहारे इस मकान को दूसरे स्थान पर बदलने के बारे में सोचा। राजेश बताते हैं कि अगर वह घर तोड़कर नया बनाते तो 30 से 35 लाख का खर्च आता और बनाने में 6 महीनों से अधिक का समय लगता, जबकि इस तकनीक से वह कुछ ही दिनों में अपने मौजूदा घर को नए स्थान पर स्थापित करके रहना शुरू कर देंगे।
