गुड़िया रेप एंड मर्डर केस के दोषी नीलू चरानी को उम्र कैद | Gudiya Rape and Murder Case |

The verdict has finally come in the Gudiya rape and murder case in Kotkhai of Shimla district. After four years, the wait for justice is over and the court has sentenced the convict Neelu Charani to life imprisonment. The court of Sessions Judge Rajiv Bhardwaj has given its verdict in the case at 2 pm. Convicted Neelu has also been present in the court during the verdict. Life convict Neelu will remain in jail and the court has also imposed a fine of 10 thousand rupees on him.

टखाई में हुए गुड़िया रेप और मर्डर मामले (Gudiya Rape -Murder Case) में दोषी करार दिए गए नीलू चिरानी को आखिरकार आज आजीवन कारावास की सजी सुनाई है।चार वर्ष तक चले इस मामले में जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश राजीव भारद्वाज ने आज दोषी को सजा सुनाई है। इससे पहले मंगलवार को मामले में बहस पूरी हो गई थी। दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद न्यायाधीश राजीव भारद्वाज ने सज़ा सुनाने के लिए 18 जून की तिथि निधारित की थी। आज की सुनवाई के दौरान नीलू अदालत में मौजूद था। बता दें कि इससे पहले आरोपी नीलू चिरानी (Neelu Chirani) की सजा पर होने वाली सुनवाई करीब छह बार टलती रही है। आज जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश राजीव भारद्वाज ने गुड़िया के दोषी को उम्र कैद की सजा सुना दी। नीलू चिरानी को कोर्ट ने 28 अप्रैल को इस मामले में दोषी करार दिया था।
