#azamgarh#uppcl#anti_power_theft#inspection#azamgarh_news#lnv_india आजमगढ़ के सिधारी स्थित विद्युत चोरी निरोधक पुलिस थाना में महानिदेशक सतर्कता प्रवर्तन UPPCL सत्य नारायण साबत शनिवार को पहुंचे। उनका गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर पेश कर स्वागत किया गया। वहीं महानिदेशक ने थाना में दर्ज रिकॉर्ड की चेकिंग की। मंडल के तीनों जनपदों आजमगढ़, मऊ व बलिया में विद्युत चोरी के कितने मामले दर्ज हुए कितने पर कार्रवाई हुई इसकी समीक्षा की। उन्होंने बताया कि आजमगढ़ में इस वर्ष 21 सौ मामले दर्ज किए गए जबकि प्रदेश भर में एक लाख सत्तर हजार मामले दर्ज किए गए। उन्होंने बताया कि जिस स्थान पर लाइन लॉस ज्यादा है वहां की समीक्षा की जाएगी और पूरा प्रयास किया जायेगा कि इसे कम से कम रखा जाए। वहीं किसानों के ट्यूबवेल के बिल को लेकर भ्रांति पर भी प्रकाश डाला। कहा कि उसका फिक्स्ड चार्ज होता है लेकिन मीटर इसलिए लगाया जाता है ताकि कितना पॉवर इस्तेमाल हो रहा है इसका आकलन किया जाता है। इसलिए इसमें ज्यादा घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। सबसे बड़ी चुनौती जो ऑर्गेनाइज्ड बड़े पैमाने पर लाइन की चोरी होती है उसको रोकना है। ज्यादा से ज्यादा आम उपभोक्ताओं को बिल के दायरे में लाना है ताकि जो लोग पेमेंट कर रहे इनको बेहतर सेवा मिल सके।

UP News: बिजली आपूर्ति बाधित नहीं करने के पूर्व के आदेश के बावजूद प्रदेश के बिजली विभाग के कर्मचारियों के हड़ताल पर जाने को गंभीरता से लेते हुए इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने विभाग के कर्मचारी यूनियन नेताओं के खिलाफ अवमानना की कार्रवाई शुक्रवार को शुरू की. अदालत ने इन नेताओं को जमानती वारंट जारी किया और उन्हें 20 मार्च 2023 को अदालत के समक्ष पेश होने को कहा. इस बीच, उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड (यूपीपीसीएल) ने उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों का हवाला देकर विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति के संयोजक शैलेंद्र दुबे समेत विभिन्न संगठनों के कुल 18 पदाधिकारियों को नोटिस जारी कर तत्काल हड़ताल वापस लेने को कहा है.एक जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए न्यायमूर्ति अश्वनी कुमार मिश्रा और न्यायमूर्ति विनोद दिवाकर ने निर्देश दिया कि इस मामले में आपात स्थिति को देखते हुए विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति के पदाधिकारियों को मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट, लखनऊ द्वारा जमानती वारंट जारी किया जाता है और उन्हें इस अदालत में 20 मार्च 2023 को सुबह 10 बजे पेश होना आवश्यक है.

UP News: बिजली आपूर्ति बाधित नहीं करने के पूर्व के आदेश के बावजूद प्रदेश के बिजली विभाग के कर्मचारियों के हड़ताल पर जाने को गंभीरता से लेते हुए इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने विभाग के कर्मचारी यूनियन नेताओं के खिलाफ अवमानना की कार्रवाई शुक्रवार को शुरू की. अदालत ने इन नेताओं को जमानती वारंट जारी किया और उन्हें 20 मार्च 2023 को अदालत के समक्ष पेश होने को कहा. इस बीच, उत्तर प्रदेश पावर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड (यूपीपीसीएल) ने उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों का हवाला देकर विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति के संयोजक शैलेंद्र दुबे समेत विभिन्न संगठनों के कुल 18 पदाधिकारियों को नोटिस जारी कर तत्काल हड़ताल वापस लेने को कहा है.एक जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए न्यायमूर्ति अश्वनी कुमार मिश्रा और न्यायमूर्ति विनोद दिवाकर ने निर्देश दिया कि इस मामले में आपात स्थिति को देखते हुए विद्युत कर्मचारी संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति के पदाधिकारियों को मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट, लखनऊ द्वारा जमानती वारंट जारी किया जाता है और उन्हें इस अदालत में 20 मार्च 2023 को सुबह 10 बजे पेश होना आवश्यक है.
