New Delhi: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget for 2019-2020 in the national capital today. While addressing at the Lok Sabha, Nirmala Sitharaman said, “The comprehensive restructuring of National Highways Programme will be done, to ensure the creation of National Highways Grid of desirable capacity. Government envisions using rivers for cargo transport and it will also decongest roads and railways,” she added. “Railway infrastructure would need an investment of Rs 50 lakh crores between 2018 and 2030. PPP to be used to unleash faster development and the delivery of passenger freight services,” she further stated.

नर्मदापुरम जिले की सिवनी मालवा में भारतीय किसान यूनियन ने सोमवार को सोयाबीन का मूल्य 6 हजार रूपये प्रति क्विंटल करने को लेकर तिरंगा ट्रेक्टर यात्रा निकाली। यात्रा लगभग 1:30 बजे तवा कॉलोनी के पास से शुरू हुई, यात्रा में किसान नेता राकेश टिकैत सबसे आगे ट्रेक्टर लेकर चल रहे थे। नगर के मुख्य मार्ग से होते हुए दोपहर 3 बजे यात्रा मंडी रोड पर पहुंची। जहाँ प्रशासन और किसानो की बीच मंडी में जाने को लेकर बहस हुई जिसके बाद किसान नहीं माने और मंडी गेट की और बढ़ने लगे। वही प्रशासन बेकफुट पर आ गया और यात्रा के आगे आगे पुलिसकर्मियों ने भागते हुए मंडी गेट की बेरिकेटिंग को हटाया ।

जिसके बाद सभी किसान तिरंगा ट्रेक्टर यात्रा लेकर नारेबाजी करते हुए मंडी पहुंचे। जहाँ मंडी शेड में कार्यक्रम की व्यवस्था की गई थी। परन्तु किसान नेता राकेश टिकैत मंडी रोड पर जमीन पर ही बैठ गए। जिसके बाद भारतीय किसान यूनियन पदाधिकारियों ने सड़क पर ही ट्रेक्टर खड़ा कर वही किसानो को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने कहा की आने वाले समय में भूख के आधार पर रोटियों की कीमत तय होगी। किसानों की फसल कंपनी के गोदाम में बंद होगी। भूख के आधार पर रोटी की कीमत तय की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों की उत्पादन लागत से 50 फीसदी का मुनाफा देने का वादा प्रधानमंत्री ने किया था और स्वामीनाथन कमेटी की रिपोर्ट भी यही कहती है, लेकिन अभी तक इसे लागू नहीं किया गया है।

किसान नेता टिकैत ने कहा की यदि प्रशासन हमें कृषि उपज मंडी में अन्दर नहीं आने देता तो हम यहीं गेट के बाहर सड़क पर ही डेरा डालते। उन्होंने कहा की ये राजनितिक मंच नहीं है और राजनितिक लोग इससे दूर ही रहे। जिसे आना है वो सामने किसानो के बीच में आकर बैठ सकता है। वही संबोधन के बाद टिकैत ने प्रधानमंत्री के नाम ज्ञापन मंच पर ही तहसीलदार राकेश खजूरिया को सौंपा। जिसमे उपज का मूल्य न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य बढाये जाने सहित अन्य मांगे की गई। पूरे मामले में मंडी में कार्यक्रम की अनुमति को लेकर एसडीएम सरोज परिहार से चर्चा की गई तो उन्होंने बताया की

व्यापम घोटाले पर शासन तथा सीबीआई को नोटिस,
पारस सकलेचा की पिटीशन पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश

व्यापम घोटाला जुलाई 2009 में शासन के संज्ञान में आने तथा 17 दिसंबर 2009 को जांच कमेटी गठित करने के बाद भी 2010 से 2013 तक घोटाला होने पर जिम्मेदारों से पूछताछ करने की पूर्व विधायक पारस सकलेचा की पिटीशन पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में माननीय न्यायाधीश संजीव खन्ना तथा‌ माननीय न्यायाधीश संजय कुमार ने
शासन तथा सीबीआई को नोटिस जारी करने का आदेश दिया।

पूर्व विधायक पारस सकलेचा ने माननीय उच्च न्यायालय इंदौर में पिटीशन क्रमांक 20371/2023 दायर कर उनके द्वारा STF को‌ 11 दिसंबर 2014 को दस्तावेज सहित 350 पेज के आवेदन पर कार्यवाही की मांग की थी । जिसे दिनांक 19/4/2024 को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय इंदौर ने निरस्त कर दिया इसके विरुद्ध सकलेचा ने माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पिटीशन दायर की, जिस पर माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शासन को नोटिस जारी किया। वरिष्ठ अभिभाषक तथा राज्यसभा सांसद विवेक तनखा ने तथा सर्वम ऋतम खरे ने बहस की।

सकलेचा ने अपने आवेदन में कहा कि एसटीएफ द्वारा 27 नंबर 2014 को विज्ञप्ति क्रमांक 21503/14 जारी कर व्यापम की जांच में बिंदु शामिल करने हेतु दस्तावेज सहित आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाने पर उन्होंने 11 दिसंबर 2014 को दस्तावेज सहित 350 पेज का आवेदन दिया था । एसटीएफ को 12 जून 2015 को मौखिक साक्ष्य के अतिरिक्त 71 पेज का लिखित बयान तथा 240 पेज के दस्तावेज दिये।

11 से 13 सितंबर 2019 को एसटीएफ में पुन 13 घंटे तक बयान देने के बाद भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की।

सीबीआई में अक्टूबर 2016 में बयान देने के बाद आवेदन को मुख्य सचिव मध्य प्रदेश शासन को कार्यवाही करने हेतु भेजा , जिस पर भी आज तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई।

सकलेचा ने अपने आवेदन में व्यापम घोटाले में तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज‌ सिंह जी‌, जिनके पास चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग भी था, मुख्य सचिव, पुलिस महानिदेशक, प्रमुख सचिव सचिव चिकित्सा शिक्षा, चिकित्सा शिक्षा संचालक, व्यापम के अध्यक्ष आदि जिम्मेदारों अधिकारीयो की फर्जीवाड़े में भूमिका पर दस्तावेज पेश कर उनसे पूछताछ की मांग की थी।

स्टार मैरिज गार्डन के तत्वाधान में आयोजित फुटबाल विधायक कप शुभारंभ विधायक गोपालसिंह इंजीनियर एंव नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष प्रतिनिधी रायंिसह मेवाड़ा द्वारा किया गया। तत्पश्चात टूर्नामेट के आयोजनकर्ताओ न अतिथियो का साफा एवं पुष्पमालाओ से स्वागत किया। वही अतिथि द्वारा खिलाड़ीयो का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए उनसे परिचित हुए। साथ मे विधायक गोपालंिसह इंजीनियर एवं नगरपालिका प्रतिनिधी ने फुटबॉल उछालकर खेल को आगे बढ़ाया। इस बीच विधायक गोपालसिहं इंजीनियर ने कहा कि खेल ष्शरीर को स्वस्थ्य रखता है। फुटबाल का खेल दावपेच का खेल है। आष्टा एक ऐसी जगह है। जहां खेल में सबसे अधिक रूचि रखते है। खेल ग्राउंड पर किसी प्रकार की असुविधा होगती तो हम उसको पूरा करेगे नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष प्रतिनिधी रायंिसह मेवाड़ा ने कहा कि अब खिलाडीयो को अधिक खर्चा नही करना पड़ेगा आलीशान मंच जो बन रहा है। जल्दी ही पूरा हो जाएगा। साथ मे जो भी ग्राउंड मे कमिया होगी उसे दूर करा जाएगा। मै भी हमेशा क्रिकेट का खिलाडी रहा हू। सभी खिलाड़ीयो को मेरी ष्शुभकामना है। खेल को खेल की भावना से देखे। हारजीत होती रहती है। जीतने वाले भी लगातार और प्रयास करे। हारने वाले भी निराश न हो। लगातार अपने प्रयास जारी रखे। उन्हे भी एक दिन सफलता मिलेगी। फुटबाल टूर्नामेट के उपाध्यक्ष ष्शेख अशवाक ने बताया कि पहला मैच बागली और ब्यावरा के बीच खेला गया। जिसमें ब्यावरा ने पेनाल्टी शूटआउट में जीत दर्ज की। ब्यावरा टीम ने बागली को 3-2 से हराकर क्वार्टर फाइनल में प्रवेश किया । मैच के मैन ऑफ द मैच आदित्य सिंह गहलोत रहे।
