The Newly Shanshar road connecting Sainj Valley of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh has been taken out by the Pradhan Mantri Sadak Yojana. But the bus stand is not yet built. For this, when PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh came on Kullu tour, the Gram Panchayat passed the resolution and handover. In this regard, a meeting was organized by the villagers at Manu Rishi Temple, Dhara Deura. In which the villagers said that in view of their problems, this work should be completed soon. Since, they have to face huge difficulties in reaching the subzi mandi for apple, peas, cauliflower, cabbage, lettuce and many other vegetables.

Many houses were burnt to ashes due to a massive fire in Mazhan village of Gadapar gram panchayat under Shanshar Kothi of Sainj Valley in Kullu district. The villagers have got their houses ready again. For which the villagers had to carry the construction material on their back for 20 kilometers on foot. Well somehow the construction of the houses was completed. But even after two years of arson in the village. The road has not been built. Due to which the villagers have to face huge problems. The villagers have demanded a road to the village from the state government.
