दिल्ली के NSP थाने में पुलिस हिरासत में शख्स की संदिग्ध मौत । मृतक शेख सादत जहांगीर पूरी निवासी है 2 दिन पहले आर्म्स एक्ट में हुई थी गिरफ्तारी और मिली थी 1 दिन की पुलिस कस्टडी

मौत की जांच जारी
दिल्ली में पुलिस कस्टडी में मौत का मामला एक बार फिर सामने आया है। शेख सादत नाम का 36 साल का शख्स आर्म्स एक्ट के केस में चार साथियों के साथ पकड़ा गया था। नेताजी सुभाष पैलेस पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया था। मृतक पहले भी 18 क्रिमिनल मामलों में शामिल रहा है शेख सादत को कल 22 जुलाई को कोर्ट में पेश किया गया और केस की जांच के लिए इनकी 1 दिन की पुलिस कस्टडी मिली। पुलिस ने बताया कि सुबह के वक्त शेख सादत लंबी लंबी सांस ले रहा था। संतरी ने जब इसे देखा इसकी सूचना तुरंत विभाग को दी और इसे बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां डॉक्टर स्नेह से मृत घोषित कर दिया। मामले में पुलिस इंक्वायरी शुरू कर दी गई है।
A custodial death has been reported at PS Subhash Place, Northwest District at around 6.30 am , today on 23/07/2023. The deceased is one Sheikh Sahadat s/o Sheikh Rekhu @Rehman r/o H block, Jahangirpuri, age 36 Yr.
The deceased along with 4 other people were apprehended in case vide FIR No. 552/23 u/s 25/35/54/59 Arms Act PS Subhash Place dt 21/07/2023.
The deceased along with 4 others were arrested on 22/07/2023. The deceased had more than 18 previous criminal involvements .
The accused persons were produced before the court and accused Sheikh Shadat was on PC remand for one day 22/07/2023 for the sake of the investigation of the case whereas the others were sent to JC.
As per procedure the medical examination of the accused was got conducted on evening of 22.07.2023 The accused was taken to PS and he was lodged in lockup in night of 22/07/2023.
