जनता की शिकायतें न सुनने वाले अफ़सरों पर यूपी के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कड़ी कार्रवाई करने का एलान किया है. लखनऊ में मुख्य मंत्री हेल्पलाइन का उद्घाटन करते हुए उन्होंने इस फ़ैसले के बारे में बताया. योगी ने कहा कि अब अफ़सरों का एसीआर लिखते हुए भी इस बात का ध्यान रखा जाएगा. ये पहला मौक़ा है जब आईएएस और आईपीएस अफ़सरों का रिपोर्ट कार्ड इस तरह से तैयार होगा. यूपी में इस तरह की शिकायतें आम हैं कि पब्लिक की अधिकारी सुनते नहीं हैं
