પાલનપુર સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ સાબર ડેરીના ગબલા ટ્રસ્ટને સોંપી દેવાના સરકારના નિર્ણય બાદ 23 એપ્રિલ 2018ના રોજ મેડિકલ કાઉન્સિલ ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા (MCI)ની તપાસ ટૂકડી આવી છે. MCI સમક્ષ રજૂઆત કરવા માંગતા લોકોની અટકાયત કરીને પોલીસ અજ્ઞાત સ્થળે ઉઠાવી ગઈ છે. ભાજપના વિવાદાસ્પદ નેતા શંકર ચૌધરીની સૂચનાથી તેમને પોલીસ અટકાયત કરી ગઈ હોવાનું અટકાયતીઓએ જણાવ્યું હતું અને સીધો શંકર ચૌધરી પર આક્ષેપોનો મારો કર્યો હતો. અટકાયત બાદ આમ આદમી પક્ષના ગુજરાતના ઉપ્રમુખ ભેમા ચૌધરીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે સુધી MCIની ટીમ નહીં મળે ત્યાં સુધી અમે બધા પોલિસ સ્ટેશનમાં અન્ન જળનો ત્યાગ કરીને ઉપવાસ પર ઉતરી ગયા છીએ. ઉપવાસ શરૂ કરનારમાં ભેમા ચૌધરી, રમેશ નાભાણી, સરફરાઝ સિંધી, સતીશ વણસોલા, રમીલાબેન એમ ચાર લોકો છે.

કોંગ્રેસના વિધાનસભામાંથી સસ્પેન્ડ થયેલા MLA અલ્પેશ ઠાકોરે ભાજપ અને બનાસકાંઠા DSP પર ગંભીર આરોપ મૂક્યો હતો કે ગઈ વિધાનસભામાં ભાજપના નેતા શંકર ચૌધરીએ એવો પ્લાન બનાવ્યો હતો કે યુવાનોને નાર્કોટિક્સ કેમિકલ ભેળવેલો દારૂ પિવડાવી દેવો જેથી 48 કલાક સુધી તે બેભાન રહે અને મતદાન કરવા માટે જઈ ન શકે. આવો 25,00 પેટી દારૂ ભાજપના નેતાની માલિકીના ગોડાઉનમાંથી પકડાયો હતો. પણ તે DSPએ બિનવારસી બતાવી દીધો હતો. આ દારૂની બ્રાન્ડનુ નામ હીટલર હતું. જે હિટલર જેવું જ કામ કરે છે. જેમા એવું કેમીકલ હતુ કે તે પીધા પછી 48 કલાક સુધી વ્યક્તિ બેભાન રહે. જો તે દારૂ MLA ગેની ઠાકોરે પકડાવી દીધો ન હોત તો મતદારો સુધી અતિશય નશીલો દારૂ વહેંચવામાં આવ્યો હોત અને તો શંકર ચૌધરી ચૂંટણી જીતી ગયા હોત. આવું ખતરનાક રાજકારણ ભાજપ રમે છે. તેમાં મહિને રૂ. 48 લાખનો દારૂનો હપ્તો બનાસકાંઠાના DSP લે છે તેથી શંકર ચૌધરીના તે પગ દબાવવા જાય છે. જેનો હિસાબ આપવો પડશે.Watch Did BJP gave alcohol as bribery to win election With HD Quality
