    IIT BHU की छात्रा से गैंगरेप के तीनों आरोपी अरेस्ट,सभी BJP IT सेल के मेंबर

    यह घटना वाराणसी के IIT-BHU कैंपस में हुई है, जहां तीन छात्रों को गैंगरेप के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इन आरोपियों में से दो BJP IT सेल के सदस्य भी हैं। छात्रा ने दी थी शिकायत, जिसमें उन्होंने बताया कि उन्हें गन पॉइंट पर रोका गया, उनके साथ बुलेट में गैंगरेप किया गया और उनके कपड़े उतारे गए। इसके बाद, कैंपस में छात्रों ने विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। उन्होंने आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी की मांग की और कैंपस में 11 घंटे तक धरना दिया। पुलिस और कैंपस प्रशासन ने छात्रों के साथ बातचीत की और आरोपियों को सलाखों के पीछे होने का भरोसा दिया। इस वारदात के बाद कैंपस में सुरक्षा में बदलाव की मांग भी की गई थी।

    सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को रेप के मामलों में टू फिंगर टेस्ट पर बैन लगा दिया. इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति इस तरह का परीक्षण करता है तो उस व्यक्ति को कदाचार का दोषी ठहराया जाएगा. रेप-हत्या के एक मामले में फैसला सुनाते हुए न्यायमूर्ति चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि पीड़िता का यौन इतिहास सबूतों के मामले में कोई सामग्री नहीं है. न्यायमूर्ति ने कहा कि यह खेदजनक है कि आज भी टू फिंगर टेस्ट चल रहा था

    दिल्ली के रोहिणी में जिन दो दरिंदों ने पाँच और नौ साल की दो बच्चियों को अपने हवस का शिकार बनाया वो अब पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ चुके हैं। दोनों आरोपियों में से एक नाबालिग बताया जा रहा है । ये दोनों लड़के इसी इलाके के रहने वाले हैं और नशे के आदी भी बताये जाते हैं।
    मामला रोहिणी के के एन काटजू थाना क्षेत्र का है जहाँ दो बच्चियाँ नग्न और घायल हालत में पाई गई थी जिसके बाद उन्हें तुरंत अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था।
    देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में छोटियो बच्चियों तक को हवस का शिकार बना रहे है दरिंदे । दिल्ली में महिलाएं तो दूर-- छोटी मासूम बच्चियां भी सुरक्षित नही है । रोहिणी जिले के KN काटजू मार्ग थाना एरिया में पाँच और नौ साल की दो छोटी मासूम बच्चियो के साथ दुष्कर्म का मामला सामने आया है । दोनों बच्चियां शौच के लिए गई थी उस दौरान बच्चियों के साथ दो दरिंदो ने दुष्कर्म को अंजाम दिया। मेडिकल जाँच में हुई पुष्टि के बाद पॉस्को और 376 का मामला दर्ज कर दोनों आरोपियों को पुलिस ने पकड़ लिया है ।
    इनमें से एक नाबालिग है और दूसरा आरोपी बालिग़ है जिसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया है ।
    देश की राजधानी में बच्चियों के साथ ये हादसा शर्मशार करने वाला है साथ ही आज भी छोटी बच्चियाँ खुले में शौच के लिये जाने को मजबूर हैं जो सरकार के तमाम दावों और महिला सुरक्षा पर किये गये वायदों की भी पोल खोलता है।
