    PREPARATION
    1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams cream cheese, 50 grams onions, 50 grams cucumber, 50 grams tomato, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon black pepper and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
    2. Take bread slices and remove the brown edges using a sharp knife.
    3. Apply green chutney on the one slice and ketchup on the another slice.
    4. Now spread the cream cheese mixture over the chutney slice, place the ketchup slice upside down over the spread cream cheese slice.
    5. Cut it into two parts.
    6. Serve it with chutney or ketchup.

    1.Take a fry pan add water in it, put a bowl over the pan add 200 grams chocolate, 110 grams butter and stir. It should be completely melted.
    2.In a mixing bowl, Add 2 eggs , 1 egg yolk and mix. Add 60 grams sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix again.
    3.Add 30 grams all purpose flour and again mix everything until it’s thoroughly mixed.
    4.Add about 1/3 of the melted chocolate to the mixture in the mixing bowl, then use a whisker to gently mix. Add the rest of the chocolate mixture, and mix together until you have a uniform batter with no streaks.
    5.Take a cupcake wrapper grease it with butter and all purpose flour.
    6.Divide the batter in the greased cups.
    7.Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 5 - 10 minutes or until the tops are just set but the cakes still jiggle slightly when you shake them.
    8.Let the finished cakes sit in cups for five minutes when they’re finished baking.
    9. Take out the cake from the wrapper.
    10.Garnish them with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup.
    11.Serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.

    2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon carom, 2 tablespoons cashews and stir. Add 2 tablespoons gram flour and stir.
    3. Place 1 tablespoon fennel, 1 tablespoon fennel seeds, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon fenugreek in a blender and blend. Add the cashew mixture, 1 1/2 tablespoon hung curd, 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 2 green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 turmeric and 1 teaspoon garam masala into the blender .
    4. Blend until all the ingredients mix well.
    5. Cut the chaap into pieces and put it into the bowl.
    6. Pour the gravy into the bowl and mix well.
    7. Marinate for 2 hours. Add 2 teaspoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons oil and mix well.

    3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and then beat till it becomes light and fluffy.
    4. Add 630 grams flour and mix to make a soft dough.
    5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    6. Slightly flour the surface and roll the dough to 1/8 inch in thickness.
    7. Cut the desired shape from the dough using cookie cutters or hand made templates.
    8. Now arrange them in baking tray.
    9. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
    10. Cool on a cooling rack.

    (Royal Icing)
    1. In a bowl, add 400 grams icing sugar, 2 egg white, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and whisk for 2 - 3 minutes.
    2. Add 2 teaspoons water and mix well.
    3. Transfer into 4 bowls. Add a small amount of icing color you want and mix well.
    4. This icing starts to harden very soon, so keep it covered when not using.
    5. Decorate the cookies as you want.
    6. Serve and enjoy.

    1. Soak 150 grams black gram in water for overnight.
    2. Take a heavy skillet, add 150 grams soaked black gram, 1 litre water, 1 teaspoon salt and stir. Cover it with a lid and cook for 25 - 30 minutes.
    3. Add 200 milliliters of tomato puree,1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and stir.
    4. Take a bowl, add 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon salt and some water. Mix it well.
    5. Add this mixture into dal and stir. Then add 100 grams butter and cover it with a lid. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
    6. Add 1 tablespoon honey and stir. Then add 100 grams cream and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
    7. Add 30 grams plum (bukhara) and stir.
    8. Serve hot with naan.

    2. Add 300 grams chicken and mix well.
    3. Marinate chicken for 2 hours.
    4. Grease baking tray with oil and place the chicken on it.
    5. Preheat the oven to 450°F/230°C and bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
    6. Heat 50 milliliters of oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 100 grams onions and stir until onion is browned. Add 100 milliliters of tomato puree and stir.
    7. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder and stir. Add 50 milliliters of water and bring the mixture to boil.
    8. Add this mixture into the blender and blend into a fine paste to make a smooth gravy.
    9. Pour the gravy into a heavy skillet, add 100 milliliters of fresh cream and mix well.
    10. Add the chicken into the gravy and stir to coat. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
    11. Garnish with coriander.
    12. Serve hot with rice.
    13. Enjoy!

    2. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute, add 50 grams onions, 20 grams scallion, 50 grams green beans and saute for 3 minutes.
    3. Add 50 grams carrot, 150 grams cabbage and cook for 10 - 15 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix.
    4. To make momos, dust with flour. Make a 6 - 7 inch circle from dough. Cut out each circle into a 2 or 3 diameter circle.
    5. Place a tablespoon of the prepared vegetable filling in the center of each rolled out circle. Do not overstuff as it will be difficult to form a neat half moon shape.
    6. Lift one side of the edge and start pleating. (see video)
    7. Start folding and forming the pleats one by one. Towards the end, join the pleats in the center.
    8. Heat water in a steamer. Place the momos into the steamer.
    9. Steam for 5 - 6 minutes.
    10. Don't overdo the steaming, as the dough becomes dense and dry.
    11. Serve momos with chili sauce.

    Water - 1 litre
    Salt - 1 teaspoon
    Oil - 2 tablespoons
    Cloves - 6 pods
    Cumin - 1 teaspoon
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
    Onion paste - 150 milliliters
    Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
    Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
    Coriander - 1 teaspoon
    Tomato puree - 150 milliliters
    Salt - 1 teaspoon
    Red pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
    Garam masala - 2 teaspoons
    Coriander - for garnishing

    PREPARATION
    1. Rinse and soak 250 grams kidney beans in enough water for overnight.
    2. Add 1 litre of water in a skillet, add 250 grams soaked kidney beans, 1 teaspoon salt and cover it with a lid. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
    3. Remove it from heat.
    4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pot, add 6 pods cloves, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and stir.
    5. Add 150 milliliters onion paste and saute till light brown.
    6. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander and stir.
    7. Add 150 milliliters tomato puree and mix again. Saute for 3 - 4 minutes.
    8. Add kidney beans and mix well.
    9. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, 2 teaspoons garam masala and mix well. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
    10. Garnish with coriander.
    11. Serve hot with rice.

    PREPARATION
    (Aloo Sabzi)
    1. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon carom, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ginger and stir. Add 100 grams onions and stir till light brown.
    2. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons green chili, 200 grams tomato and fry till the tomatoes become soft and pulpy.
    3. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/8 teaspoon asafoetida, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix well.
    4. Now add 350 grams potatoes and 750 milliliters of water. Cover it with lid and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
    5. Remove it from heat.
