Ranchi (Jharkhand): PM Narendra Modi inaugurated new Vidhan Sabha building in Ranchi on September 12. He will also lay foundation stone to the new secretariat building at Ranchi. The Chief Minister of Jharkhand Raghubar Das cabinet approved a special Assembly session of the fourth Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha on Sep 13.
