सिद्धार्थनगर जिले के एनएच 730 पर स्थित गोलहौरा टोल प्लाजा के कर्मचारियों ने घर मे खड़े फ़ास्ट टैग लगे वाहन का टोल शुल्क काटकर फ़ास्ट टैग की सुरक्षा पर सवाल खड़े कर दिए है। पूरा मामला सिद्धार्थनगर जिले के गोलहौरा टोल प्लाजा का है। यंहा से मुमताज अपने परिवार के साथ इनोवा गाड़ी से 6 दिसम्बर की सुबह बढ़नी जाते है और दोपहर 2 बजे वापस लौट आते है। टोल शुल्क कटने का मैसेज भी आता है। उसी शाम जब वह घर पर थे तभी लगभग 5 बजे पुनः टोल शुल्क कटने का मैसेज आता है। जिसे वह नजरअंदाज कर देते है। लेकिन अगले दिन 7 दिसम्बर को वह घर पर थे तभी पुनः पेटीएम वालेट से टोल शुल्क कटने के मैसेज फोन पर आता है। जिससे परेशान होकर वह एन एच् ए आई के टोल फ्री नम्बर पर शिकायत दर्ज कराते है। जिसके बाद एनएचएआई व टोल मैनेजर का फोन आता है कि आप रुपये वापस ले ले। इस मामले को लेकर पीड़ित का कहना है कि एनएचएआई व पेटीएम दोनों देश के महत्वपूर्ण प्रतिष्ठान है। टोल प्लाजा में फ़ास्ट टैग से शुल्क काटने के लिए ऑटोमैटिक मशीनरी लगी है। तब घर खड़े वाहन के फ़ास्ट टैग को स्कैन किये बिना टोल कर्मी किस विधि से टोल शुल्क काट सकते है । इसका खुलासा होना चाहिए।वही इस मामले को लेकर जब हमने टोल मैनेजर संजय से बात की तो उन्होंने बताया कि टोल कर्मचारी की गलती से ऐसा हुआ है। हमने उस कर्मचारी को निकाल दिया है । हम माफी मांग रहे है। और क्या करे
अब सवाल यह उठता है कि फ़ास्ट टैग सुरक्षित है या नही । देश के करोड़ो लोग अपने वाहनों पर फ़ास्ट टैग लगवाए हुए है। यह प्रणाली ऑटोमैटिक विधि से काम करती है। ऐसे में घर में खड़े वाहनों के फ़ास्ट टैग को स्कैन किये बिना टोल कर्मचारी किस तरीके से यह कारनामा कर रहे है।
