Mandi (Himacahl Pradesh) : A person died due to bullet injuries in Janed village under Sadar police station area of district Mandi. SP Mandi Shalini Agnihotri said that after registering a case against the accused under section 302, further action has been started.
मंडी । जिला मंडी के सदर थाना क्षेत्र के तहत आने वाले जनेड़ गांव में एक व्यक्ति की गोली लगने से मौत हो गई। पुलिस ने गोली चलाने वाले दूसरे साथी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। मिली जानकारी के अनुसार देवेंद्र और सुरेश कुमार इसी गांव के रहने वाले हैं और साथ ही काम भी करते हैं। पिछले कल दोनों ने दोपहर से ही शराब पीना शुरू कर दिया था और उसके बाद बंदूक लेकर जंगल की तरफ शिकार करने भी गए थे। दोनों देर रात तक जनेड़ स्कूल के प्रांगण में गाड़ी में बैठकर शराब पी रहे थे। दोनों के बीच कुछ ऐसा हुआ कि देवेंद्र कुमार पर गोली चल गई और उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। डर के कारण सुरेश ने रात भर इसकी किसी को भी जानकारी नहीं दी और सुबह जब लोगों ने स्कूल के प्रांगण में लाश देखी तो पुलिस को इसकी सूचना दी। पुलिस ने मौके पर आकर सुरेश को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ शुरू की तो सुरेश ने प्रारंभिक पूछताछ में यही बताया कि उससे गलती से गोली चली है। गोली चलाने के बाद उसने साथ लगते नाले की झाडि़यों में बंदूक को छुपा दिया था जहां से पुलिस ने उसे बरामद कर लिया है। एसपी मंडी शालिनी अग्निहोत्री ने बताया कि आरोपी के खिलाफ धारा 302 के तहत मामला दर्ज करके आगामी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है।
