नालंदा का एक गांव जहां दुल्हन लग्जरी गाड़ी से नहीं बल्कि नाव से होती है विदा, 45 सालों में नहीं बन पाया पुल देखें नालंदा बिहार से खास रिपोर्ट
बिहार के नालंदा की यह तस्वीर 19 वी सदी की नहीं बल्कि 22 वीं शदी की है | जो विकास को मुह चिढा रहा है। बिहारशरीफ प्रखंड के जिला मुख्यालय से महज 8 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है हरगावां पंचायत के नेवाजी बिगहा गांव | यहां के ग्रामीण सोईबा नदी में जान जोखिम में डालकर नदी पार करने को विवश हैं। इस गांव में रात में बारात आई थी। शादी के बाद नाव पर बिठाकर दूल्हा दुल्हन और बारातियों को विदा किया गया। हिचकोले खाती नई नवेली दुल्हन भी नाव पर ही अपने हमसफर के साथ जिंदगी के नए सफर पर निकलती। शादी जैसे खास दिन को लेकर लोग कितने सारे अरमान रखते हैं | मगर गांव पहुंचते ही सारे अरमानों पर पानी फिर जाता है | जब दूल्हा दुल्हन को नाव से पार करना पड़ता है | इसकी सबसे बड़ी वजह है कि नदी पर पुल का निर्माण नहीं किया गया है | बारिश के मौसम में हर साल यही हाल रहता है | ग्रामीण हर छोटे बड़े काम करने के लिए नाव का ही सहारा लेते हैं।
नवाजी बिगहा, डंबर बिगहा, हरगावां, बभन बिगहा, प्रभु बिगहा, विष्णुपुर, गुलनी, नेपुरा, प्रभु विगहा, बेरौटी, इंद्रपुर गांव के हजारो लोग इससे प्रभावित है। पिछले चुनाव में पूल बनाने की मांग की गई थी, जिसे लेकर वोट वहिष्कार भी हुआ था। उस वक़्त आश्वासन दिया गया, लेकिन आश्वासन फाइलों में ही सिमट कर रह गया। यह गांव राजगीर विधानसभा में आता है जहां पिछले 45 सालों से एनडीए के विधायक का कब्जा रहा है ।वावजूद इसके पुल का निर्माण नहीं किया जा सका है |
ग्रामीण का कहना है कि पुल नहीं रहने से रोजमर्रा की परेशानियों से जूझना पड़ता है। हर दिन जिदगी से जद्दोजहद करना पड़ता है। नदी के आसपास के दर्जन भर गांव की हजारों की आबादी पुल नहीं होने से बुरी तरह प्रभावित हैं। विकास से पूरी तरह वंचित हैं। लोग नाव के सहारे जान जोखिम में डालकर जीवन जीने को मजबूर और लचार हैं। जो भी एक बार इस गांव में आते हैं तो फिर भगवान से यही दुआ करते हैं कि वह पुनः इस गांव में वापस लौट कर ना आये। अगर किसी की बारात आती है तो विदाई से लेकर बारात आने जाने तक का काम एकमात्र सहारा नाव ही है |
