‘Flying Sikh’ Milkha Singh Passes Away At 91 | Catch News


Former Indian Sprinter Milkha Singh, widely regarded as ‘Flying Sikh’, passed away due to post-COVID complications on June 18. He was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the PGIMER Hospital in Chandigarh on June 3. The 91-year-old had tested positive for COVID-19 on May 20. President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with several other leaders paid condoles to the ‘Flying Sikh’.
