अमेरिका के लेविस्टन में बुधवार देर रात को भी गोलीबारी की घटना हुई जिसमें 22 लोगों की मौत हो गई. वहीं पुलिस ने गोलीबारी करने वाले व्यक्ति की पहचान रॉबर्ट कार्ड के रूप में की है. आरोपी व्यक्ति मानसिक रूप से बीमार है. पुलिस द्वारा जारी एक बयान में बताया गया है कि आरोपी रॉबर्ट कार्ड सेना द्वारा प्रशिक्षित हथियार प्रशिक्षक है. जिसको हाल ही में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सुविधा के लिए प्रतिबद्ध किया गया था.

अमेरिका के कैलिफोर्निया से आई खबर दिल दहला देने वाली है, रविवार को साउथ कैलिफोर्निया के प्रेबिस्टेरियन चर्च में अचानक एक हमलावर घुस गया और उसने लोगों पर अंधाधुंध फायरिंग शुरू कर दी, फायरिंग से घबराएं लोगों में भगदड़ मच गई और लोग वहां से जान बचाने के लिए भागने लगे, फायरिंग में एक शख्स की मौत हो गई और कई लोग घायल हो गए, घटना के बाद पुलिस ने हमलावर को हिरासत में ले लिया और उससे हथियार भी बरामद कर लिया, पुलिस को शक है कि फायरिंग करने वाले शख्स ने घृणा के चलते वारदात को अंजाम दिया है. घटना के बाद जब इसका वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर इसका आया तो इसकी कड़ी निंदा की जा रही है, अमेरिका में आए दिन गोलीबारी की घटनाएं सामने आ रही हैं

A cricket test between New Zealand and Bangladesh has been canceled after the visiting team narrowly avoided a mass shooting at a mosque in Christchurch New Zealand Cricket chief executive David White said there had been a "joint decision" to call off the third test, which had been scheduled to start Saturday in Christchurch. "On behalf of New Zealand Cricket heartfelt condolences to those affected," White said. "I've spoken to my counterpart at Bangladesh cricket _ we agree it's inappropriate to play cricket at this time. "Both teams are deeply affected."

New Zealand police said they have detained four people in connection with deadly shootings at two mosques in Christchurch on Friday and had secured a number of improvised explosive devices. "Four are in custody, three of them are men and one is a woman," commissioner Mike Bush said, saying there were "significant" and "multiple" fatalities. He said the suspected IEDs found attached to the attackers' vehicles had been made safe by the military.
