Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Susi Pudjiastuti memberikan suara terkait penanganan sampah plastik di laut Indonesia. Sebab, sampah plastik menjadi ancaman serius bagi ekosistem di perairan Indonesia.
Saat ditemui wartawan di acara Milenial Seafood Lover di Senayan, Jakarta, Minggu (25/11/2018), Susi menegaskan, penanganan sampah plastik di laut harus menjadi program nasional. Hal itu sebagai langkah untuk melindungi ekosistem laut Indonesia.
Selain mengancam ekosistem laut, di sisi lain ancaman produksi ikan nasional disebabkan oleh dua faktor, antara lain pencurian oleh kapal asing. Ia juga mengatakan, banyak kasus ikan yang mati di perairan Indonesia lantaran pencemaran sampah plastik.
Susi mengimbau masyarakat untuk tetap fokus menjaga kebersihan lingkungan pantai dengan tidak membuang sampah sembarang tempat.

While some praised the film for its bold concept, some shamed it for that. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble host Akash Bhatnagar, Bhumi spoke about the latter group of people and slammed them for the shaming. She expressed her disappointment towards people who didn’t criticise the film but its intent. The actress discussed the prevalent gender bias and how people never took offence when she was a part of such stories told from a male perspective. She pointed out how Pankaj Tripathi and Akshay Kumar starrer OMG 2 was supported by the same people who shamed her film, when somewhere they dealt with the same subject. Bhumi revealed if not getting any support from women within the industry disappointed her.
