which after 2013 came down to 30.
An opening pair is crucial to set the stage for the middle order. On an average, Indian opening pairs produced 41 runs before 2013, and now it came down to 37 runs.
Even after switching between the available options like Dhawan, Vijay and Rahul, India is yet to find the right combination.
