Delhi Government's 100% Reading Challenge

Delhi government has started the 100% Ability to Read target under the Chunauti 2018 academic plan in September. A baseline assessment of all children enrolled in classes 6 to 9 of Delhi government schools was conducted. This was done to mark the starting point of the proposed educational reform, by determining the current learning level of children and track the progress periodically. The Delhi Government wants to bridge the deficit between the current learning level and the level expected of them. Their latest initiative: Every child should be able to read. The programme will continue till 14 November.
