यूपी के सीतापुर में अपराधियों पर जिला व पुलिस प्रशासन का हंटर लगातार जारी है आज डीएम अनुज सिंह व एसपी घुले सुशील चंद्रभान के निर्देश पर भू माफिया रमन साहनी की 6.50 करोड़ों की संपत्ति कुर्क की गई है यह कार्रवाई देहात कोतवाली इलाके के टेढवा चिलौला में की गई।बताते चले की जिला व पुलिस प्रशासन के द्वारा भू माफिया रमन साहनी कि कई संपत्तियों को कुर्क कर चुका है यह कार्रवाई 14 (1) गैंगस्टर एक्ट के तहत की गई है पुलिस के मुताबिक रमन साहनी के द्वारा एक संगठित गिरोह बनाकर लोगों को डरा धमका कर साथ ही फर्जी दतावेजो को बनाकर दूसरो की जमीनों पर कब्जा करके जमीनों की खरीद-फरोख्त करने का काम किया जाता है। बताते चले की रमन साहनी के संगठित गिरोह के तीन सदस्यों को पहले ही पुलिस गैंगस्टर एक्ट के तहत सरोज अवस्थी रमन साहनी के पुत्र सहित तीन लोगों को पहले ही जेल भेज चुकी है सीओ सिटी पीयूष सिंह ने बताया किस अमन साहनी सहित जनपद के जो भी माफिया हैं उन पर यह कार्रवाई लगातार जारी रहेगी।

एक तरफ उत्तर प्रदेश में भूमाफियाओं पर योगी सरकार में बाबा का बुल्डोजर चल रहा हैं तो दूसरी तरफ योगी के सरकार में बलिया के मनियर थाना क्षेत्र के ककरघट्टा गांव के दियारे में धड़ल्ले से अवैध कच्ची शराब की फैक्ट्रीयां चल रही हैं। अवैध शराब की फैक्ट्री पर आज ग्रामीणों ने हमला बोल दिया। ग्रामीणों के हमले को देख शराब माफियां मौके से फ़रार हो गए। और ग्रामीणों ने लगभग सैकडों कच्ची शराब की भट्ठियों को तोडफ़ोड़ दिया। और हजारों लीटर कच्ची शराब को भी नष्ट कर दिया। कच्ची शराब की लागत लगभग दस लाख रुपये तक की बताई जा रही हैं। ग्रामीणों की माने तो रिस्तेदार अब गांव में आते ही नही हैं और नही कोई बेटो की शादी करने आ रहा हैं। रिस्तेदार तो गांव तक आ रहे हैं लेकिन जब सुन रहे है कि इस गांव में शराब की फैक्ट्रियां चल रही हैं तो गांव के बाहर से ही चला जा रहा हैं।
वीओ - बलिया जनपद के मनियर थाना क्षेत्र के ककरघट्टा खास गांव के दियारे में लगभग दो वर्षों से चल रही अवैध कच्ची शराब की सैकड़ो फैक्ट्रीयों के सैकड़ो भट्ठियों पर हमला बोल दिया जहाँ तीन दर्जन से अधिक ग्रामीणों ने भट्ठियों पर जाकर तोड़फोड़ की। मौके पर सैकड़ो भट्ठियों को तोड़ते नजर आ रहे हैं। वही मौके से शराब माफियां ग्रामीणों को देख फ़रार हो गए। अवैध शराब की लागत लगभग दस लाख रुपये तक बताई जा रही हैं। एक तरफ सरकार कच्ची शराब को लेकर हर माह अभियान चलाकर अवैध शराब को नष्ट किया जा रहा हैं और अभियुक्तो के खिलाफ कार्यवाही कर रही हैं लेकिन वही बलिया में अवैध कच्ची शराब की फैक्ट्री को लगभग दो वर्षों से चल रहे होने के बाद भी कार्यवाही नही हो रही हैं तो यूपी सरकार पर सवालियां निशान खड़ा हो रहा है। जहां एक तरफ कच्ची शराब से लोगो की मौत हो रही हैं वही बलिया के मनियर थाना में कच्ची शराब की फैक्ट्री चल रही है अब देखना होगा कि क्या योगी सरकार में इन शराब माफियाओं पर बाबा का बुल्डोजर चलेगा या ऐसे ही कच्ची शराब की फैक्ट्रियां चलती रहेगी।अब तो आने वाला वक्त ही बताएगा।

खबर यूपी के बलिया से है जहां बलिया में धड़ल्ले से चल रहा सेक्स रैकेट का भंडाफोड़ हुआ है। बलिया सदर कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्र के रेलवे स्टेशन के समीप अमित होटल के 16 कमरों की छापेमारी के दौरान होटल के पांच कमरों से संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में लगभग पांच महिला और पांच पुरुष बन्द कमरो में पाये गए। पूछताछ के दौरान पकड़े गए लोगो द्वारा कुछ नही बताये जाने पर पुलिस ने सभी को कोतवाली ले जाया गया है।पूछताछ के दौरान उनके ख़िलाफ़ देह ब्यापार के तरह एफआईआर दर्ज की जाएगी। होटल मालिक को भी गिरफ़्तार किया गया हैं उनको भी कोतवाली में ले जाया गया हैं और उनसे भी पूछताछ की जा रही हैं। होटल मालिक के खिलाफ भी देह ब्यापार के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया जाएगा।शहर में जहाँ भी इस तरह के कार्य किया जा रहा होंगा और संयुक्त टीम के द्वारा रेड किया जाएगा।और इस तरह की चीजें पाई गई तो सील किया जाएगा।हॉलाकि सबसे बड़ी बात तो यह हैं कि बलिया में बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन के धड़ल्ले से चल रहा है होटलों का कारोबार। धड़ल्ले से चल रहे होटलों के कारोबार में जिला प्रशासन मौन।

मुजफ्फरनगर- जब से उत्तर प्रदेश में योगी आदित्यनाथ ने मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में दूसरे कार्यकाल की शुरुआत की है, तब से अवैध काम करने वालों, माफियाओं और बदमाशों पर प्रशासन ने ताबड़तोड़ कार्यवाही कर उनकी कमर तोड़ने का काम कर रखा है। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने निर्देश दिए थे कि किसी भी प्रकार का अतिक्रमण भी बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा, खास तौर से सरकारी तालाबों एवं सरकारी भूमि से अतिक्रमण हटवा कर उन्हें अतिक्रमण मुक्त किया जाएगा। उसी क्रम में मुजफ्फरनगर में भी जिला प्रशासन लगातार तालाबों एवं सरकारी भूमि से अतिक्रमण हटवाने में लगा हुआ है। गुरुवार को भी उप जिलाधिकारी सदर परमानंद झा ने कुकड़ा गांव में 36 बीघा के तालाब को अतिक्रमण मुक्त कराया। इस बड़े तालाब पर ग्राम वासियों ने पूरी तरह से कब्जा कर लिया था, जगह-जगह निर्माण कर रखे थे।प्रशासन ने सख्त कार्यवाही करते हुए 3 जेसीबी और लगभग 10 ट्रैक्टरों से अतिक्रमण हटवाया। जिस तालाब की भूमि को लोगों ने कब्जा रखा था, उस भूमि की कीमत लगभग 18 करोड़ रुपये बताई जा रही है। अतिक्रमण करने वालों पर नई मंडी थाने में मुकदमा भी दर्ज किया जा रहा है। इस मौके पर एसडीएम सदर के साथ बीडिओ सदर नेहा शर्मा, सीओ नई मंडी हिमांशु गौरव एवं पुलिस बल भी मौजूद रहा।।

These laborers are living on the side of the ravine under a bridge in the Balh subdivision. DC Mandi Rigveda Thakur said that so far 104 people have been identified in the district who want to go back to their homes.
