पश्चिम बंगाल की राजधानी कोलकाता की सड़कों पर लड़कों को पुलिस ने दौड़ा दौड़ा कर पीटा है......दरअसल पुलिस कांस्टेबल की नौकरी की मांग को लेकर कोलकाता के पुलिस मुख्यालय के सामने प्रदर्शन किया गया.......प्रदर्शनकारियों का दावा है कि कांस्टेबल की नौकरी के लिए ज्वाइनिंग लेटर भी जारी कर दिया गया था......लेकिन एग्जाम पास करने के बावजूद लड़कों को नौकरी नहीं दी गई.........वहीं नौकरी का हक हासिल करने कोलकाता आए छात्रों को ममता सरकार की पुलिस ने बुरी तरह से पिटाई की.......कोलकाता की सड़क पर लड़कों को दौड़ा दौड़ा कर मारा गया......वहीं पुलिस को लाठी भांजते देख लड़कों में भगदड़ मच गई.....

मानसून की शुरूआती बारिश ने पश्चिम बंगाल में कोहराम मचा दिया है..........पिछले कई दिनों से लगातार हो रही बारिश से राज्य के कई जिलों में भारी जल जमाव हो गया है......भारी बारिश की वजह से बर्दवान जिले को बांकुड़ा जिले से जोड़ने वाली बांस से बनी पुल भी बह गई........देखते ही देखते बांस की पुल नदी की तेज धारा में बह गई........पुल के बह जाने से अब लोग नाव के सहारे नदी को पार करने के लिए मजबूर हैं......ममता बनर्जी के लंबे शासनकाल में भी इस जगह पर पुल नहीं बनाया जा सका है........अब हालत ये है कि पूरे मानसून सीजन में लोगों को नाव से ही नदी को पार करना पड़ेगा......
