यह सवाल उठ रहे है दिल्ली नगर निगम और दिल्ली सरकार की मानसून से निपटने की तैयारियों और नेताओं के बयानों से ---कहने को तो दिल्ली नगर निगम और दिल्ली सरकार सरकार के एजेंसी पीडब्लूडी दिल्ली में नालों की सफाइयों से लेकर तमाम इंतजाम पुरे करने के दावे कर रहे है --लेकिन दिल्ली दर्पण टीवी के रियलिटी चेक में ये तैयारियां अधूरी ही दिख रही है --दिल्ली के वज़ीर पुर, शालीमार बाग़ इलाके में नालों की सफाई तो चल रही है लेकिन स्थानीय RWA इन तैयारियों को आधी अधूरी बता रहे है --कहीं नालों को खुला छोड़ा हुआ है तो कहीं नालों का निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है --लोगों को डर है की यह मानसून इस बार फिर से दिल्ली वालों के मुसीबत बनकर आएगा .
इलाके की RWA का यह डर बेवजह नहीं है --दिल्ली में नालों की सफाई का जिम्मा जिन दो मुख्य सरकारी एजेंसियों पर है उनमें फिर से तालमेल की कमी दिख रही है --दिल्ली नगर निगम इस मामले में अभी से ब्लेम गेम की तयारी में है --यही वजह है की नार्थ दिल्ली नगर निगम के नेता मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल से मिलकर गुहार लगा रहे है वह अपने अधीन नालों की सफाई पर ध्यान दें ---वहीँ विधायक दिल्ली नगर निगम पर आरोप लगा रहे है की वह उनके नालों से निकली गाद और कचरे को कूड़ेदानों में नहीं फेंकने पर अडचनक पैदा कर रही है .
इस बार दिल्ली में ज्यादातर निगम पार्षद नए चुने गए है --शायद यही वजह है की वे खुद खड़े होकर नालों की सफाई रहे है और दावा कर रहे है की इस बार उनके इलाके में जलजमाव की समस्या नहीं होगी.By Delhi Darpan TV| 555 views

क्या सड़कें क्या गलियां --नाले हो या नालियां या फिर मैदान --बाहरी दिल्ली का किराड़ी इलाका हर तरफ से जलमग्न नजर आता है -- सालों से जल निकासी का कोइ प्रबंध नहीं है ---पानी लोगों के घरों तक में घुस गया है --स्थिति साल दर साल भयावह होती जा रही है --प्रशासन पर जनप्रतिनिधि इस और से आँखें मूंदे बैठे है --लगता है उन्हें किसी घटना या बीमारी फ़ैलाने का इन्तजार है --आप देखिये दिल्ली दर्पण टीवी पर किराड़ी का सूरते हाल .
किराड़ी क्षेत्र त्रिपाठी एन्क्लेव की तस्वीरें खुद बयान करती हैं यहाँ के हालात अब आम आदमी के रहने के लायक नहीं रहे---बाहरी दिल्ली का यह इलाका थोड़ी से बारिश में बदहाल ही नहीं भयावह भी हो जाता --चाहे नाले हो या नालियां , सड़कें हो या गलियां क्षेत्र का बहुत बड़ा हिस्सा इसी तरह जलमग्न हो जाता है --वह भी गन्दी पाने से -अब इस मैदान को ही ले लीजिये --यह बारिश में गहरे तालाब का ही रूप बल्कि गंदे पानी और कचरे की डंपिंग साईट भी बन गया है --इसके चरों और हजारों लोगों की आबादी बसी है --जाहिर यहाँ हादसे के साथ साथ बीमारी फैलने का ख़तरा ज्यादा बना हुआ है --जागरूक लोगों ने कई बार प्रशासन से लेकर जनप्रतिनिधियों तक को कई बार गुहार लगाई लेकिन कोइ भी भयावह समस्या पर गंभीर नहीं नजर आता.By Delhi Darpan TV| 447 views
