याचिका को मिली मंजूरी से Mathura case खुलने का रास्ता साफ, जानिए विवाद के पीछे पूरी कहानी
काशी की ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद में शिवलिंग मिलने के दावे के बाद यह मामला अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया है। लेकिन इस बीच मथुरा का कृष्ण जन्मभूमि-शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद विवाद भी सुर्ख़ियों में आ गया है। दरअसल, इस विवाद को लेकर एक याचिका कोर्ट ने स्वीकार कर ली है। याचिका में उस जमीन का मालिकाना हक हिंदू पक्ष को सौंपने की मांग की गई है, जिस पर शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद बनी है। इस मामले की पहली सुनवाई 26 मई को होगी।

काशी के बाद अब मथुरा की बारी, श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि के मालिकाना हक केस में फैसला आज
काशी के ज्ञानवापी विवादित ढांचे में शिवलिंग मिलने के दावे के बाद अब मथुरा भी मंदिर-मस्जिद की राजनीति का नया केंद्र बन सकता है। आज श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि के मालिकाना हक के मामले में अहम फैसला आएगा। साथ ही स्थानीय अदालत ने कृष्ण जन्मभूमि से सटे शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद की वीडियोग्राफी की मांग वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई की सहमति व्यक्त की है। इसके अलावा दो हिंदू वकीलों ने मंगलवार को मथुरा में स्थानीय अदालतों में दो अलग-अलग याचिकाएं दायर कीं। एक याचिका में मुसलमानों को शाही ईदगाह पर नमाज अदा करने से प्रतिबंधित करने की मांग, जबकि दूसरी याचिका में मस्जिद को सील करने की मांग की गई है।
