    उत्तर प्रदेश में पहली बार गोरखपुर जिले में एसएसपी डॉ विपिन ताडा ने फरियादियों और पुलिसकर्मियों को आमने-सामने बैठाकर शिकायतों के निस्तारण में हो रही लापरवाही की समीक्षा की इस दौरान नायक मूवी के हीरो की तरह पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ एसएसपी ने फैसला ऑन द स्पॉट लिया दो थानेदारों को लाइन हाजिर किया वही चार दरोगा को निलंबित कर दिया।सबसे बड़ी बात यह थी कि मीटिंग के दौरान ही मीडिया के सामने एसएसपी लाइन हाजिर और निलंबन का मौखिक आदेश देते रहे और चंद मिनट में है उनके सामने आदेश टाइप होकर हस्ताक्षर के लिए आ जाता है इस दौरान एसएसपी ने मीडिया के कैमरे के सामने और फरियादियों की उपस्थिति में ही पुलिसकर्मियों को फटकार लगाई एसएसपी गोरखपुर की इस बड़ी कार्यवाही जिले की पुलिस कांपने लगी जिले भर में एसएसपी की इस कार्यवाही की चर्चा होने लगी। गोरखपुर पुलिस लाइन में फरियादियों की भीड़ ज़्यादा उमड़ पड़ी थी एसएसपी ने ज्यादा भीड़ को गंभीरता से लिया। एसएसपी ने सभी फरियादियों और संबंधित दरोगा, सिपाही को शाम को पुलिस लाइन में बुलाया था पुलिस लाइन में करीब 150 फरियादियों और उनके शिकायतों से संबंधित थानेदार चौकी इंचार्ज हल्का दरोगा और सिपाहियों को बुलाया था उनको आमने-सामने बैठाकर शिकायतों की समीक्षा शुरू की गलती मिलने पर एसएसपी ने आन द स्पॉट फैसला लेते हुए पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही भी कर दिया।-पुलिस लाइन में फरियादियो और पुलिसकर्मियों को सामने बैठाकर समस्याओं को एसएसपी सुनते रहे और थानेदार या हल्का दरोगा के जवाब से संतुष्ट न होने पर वही जमकर लताड़ भी लगाते रहे।एसएसपी के इस सख्त रुख से पुलिस महकमे में हड़कम्प मच गया है।
    वीओ--आपको बतादे की सीएम योगी के जनता दरबार मे पुलिस से सम्बंधित ज्यादा शिकायते आने लगी थी जिसको लेकर एसएसपी खासे नाराज थे।
    पुलिस लाइन सभागार में जनसुनवाई देर रात तक चलती रही इस दौरान लाइन हाजिर हुए थानेदार व दरोगा आये तो थे सरकारी गाड़ी से लेकिन कार्यवाही के बाद पैदल वापस गए।
