पश्चिम बंगाल में विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद हुई हिंसा के मामले में ममता बनर्जी की सरकार को कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट से झटका लगा है। हाई कोर्ट ने कथित हिंसा की घटनाओं को लेकर अपने 18 जून के आदेश पर पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार की पुनर्विचार याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है। इस आदेश में कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट ने राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग (एनएचआरसी) को हिंसा की घटनाओं की जांच के आदेश दिए थे। फिलहाल कोर्ट के निर्देशानुसार एनएचआरसी के अध्यक्ष ने जांच के लिए कमेटी गठित कर दी।

..शुक्रवार देर रात तक पूरा देश टकटकी लगाए चंद्रयान के चांद पर उतरने का इंतजार करता रहा। लेकिन आखिरी पलों में लैंडर विक्रम से इसरो का संपर्क टूट गया और साथ ही टूट गई चांद पर इतिहास रचने की उम्मीदें। हालांकि विज्ञान और अनुसंधान में कामयाबी-नाकामयाबी का ऐसा सिलसिला चलता रहता है। इसलिए देश को उम्मीद है कि जल्द ही इसरो फिर से किसी प्रज्ञान रोवर को तैयार कर लेगा, जो चांद की धरती पर डगमग कदम रख कर वहां के हालचाल इंसान को बताएगा। ज्वालामुखी, तेज हवाओं, नर्म-गर्म तापमान और छोटे-बड़े गड्ढे, इन सबसे भरे हुए चांद को जानना-समझना आसान नहींहै। वैसे इस वक्त हिंदुस्तान की हालत भी कुछ-कुछ चांद जैसी ही है। एकतरफा फैसलों के ज्वालामुखी हैं, विरोध की तेज हवाएं हैं, समर्थन-विरोध का चढ़ता-उतरता तापमान है और लोकतांत्रिक प्रणाली में कई छोटे-बड़े गड्ढे हैं। दुनिया के इस सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र में दूर से कई खूबसूरतियां दिखाई देती हैं, लेकिन इसके नजदीक नजारा कुछ और ही है। क्या हम भी किसी प्रज्ञान रोवर का इंतजार कर रहे हैं, जो हमें आकर बताएगा कि हमारे लोकतंत्र पर किस तरह का खतरा मंडरा रहा है, या हमें खुद आईना देखने की जरूरत है। वैसे जो घटनाएं बीते दिनों हुई हैं, वे आईने से कम तो नहीं हैं..

एंकर लिंक- राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग ने अपनी एक रिपोर्ट में चौकाने वाला खुलासा किया है। रिपोर्ट में छत्तीसगढ़ के बस्तर में पुलिसकर्मियों द्वारा 16 आदिवासी महिलाओं का बलात्कार किए जाने का दावा किया गया है।
...रिपोर्ट की मानें तो नवंबर 2015 में पुलिसकर्मियों ने बीजापुर जिले के पेगदापल्ली, चिन्नागेलुर, पेद्दागेलुर, गुंडम और बर्गीचेरू गांवों में आदिवासी महिलाओं को अपनी हैवानियत का शिकार बनाया है। इसके साथ ही पुलिसकर्मियों ने महिलाओं के साथ यौन शोक्षण और शारीरिक हमला भी किया है। बताया जा रहा है कि मानवाधिकार आयोग ने स्पॉट इन्वेस्टिगेशन और न्यूज रिपोर्ट्स के जरिए पुलिसकर्मियों की ओर से की गई ज्यादती की जानकारी मिलने पर जांच शुरू की थी। आयोग ने कहा कि उसे 34 महिलाओं की तरफ से शारीरिक शोषण जैसे रेप, यौन उत्पीड़न, शारीरिक उत्पीड़न की शिकायतें मिलीं और हर मामले में आरोप सुरक्षाकर्मियों पर लगाए गए हैं।

कैराना पलायन मामले पर राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग की चौंकाने वाली रिपोर्ट सामने आई है...इस रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि कैराना से हिंदू परिवारों का पलायन हुआ है और यहां पलायन की वजह डर को बताया गया है..साथ ही आयोग ने यूपी सरकार से मामले में अबतक की गई कार्रवाई की रिपोर्ट भी मांगी है...इस रिपोर्ट में 2013 में हुए मुज़फ्फरनगर दंगों का ज़िक्र है..बताया गया है कि हुए मुजफ्फरनगर दंगों के बाद कैराना में 25 से 30 हजार मुस्लिमों को बसाया गया था. इसको भी हिंदुओं के पलायन की एक बड़ी वजह बताया गया है...आपको बता दें कि इसी साल बीजेपी सांसद हुकुम सिंह ने ऐसे 346 लोगों की सूची जारी की थी, जिन्होंने 'एक समुदाय विशेष' के उगाही करने और सुरक्षा खतरों की वजह से कैराना छोड़ा था..इसके बाद राजनीति गरमा गई थी।
