#AyodhyaDispute : नवंबर में आएगा फैसला! SC के सवालों से उलझे मुस्लिम पक्ष के वकील
Ayodhya भूमि विवाद को लेकर Supreme Court (SC) में chief justice Ranjan Gogoi की अध्यक्षता वाली संविधान पीठ सुनवाई कर रही है। पीठ के सामने सभी पक्षकारों को अपनी-अपनी दलील रखने का मौका दिया जा रहा है। सबसे पहले हिन्दू पक्ष ने Ram Temple के समर्थन में अपनी दलील कोर्ट के आगे रखी और अब Sunni Waqf Board के वकील Rajeev Dhavan अपन पक्ष रख रहे हैं। SC ने मुस्लिम पक्षकार को 27 सितम्बर तक अपनी सुनवाई पूरी करने का आदेश दिया है । Supreme Court ने बहस ख़त्म करने की तारीख 18 अक्टूबर रखी है और फैसला सुनाने के लिए और चार हफ्ते की समय सीमा तय की है।

A bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi did not stay the Bombay High Court court order upholding the constitutional validity of the Maratha quota law, but made it clear that the aspect allowing the reservation for Marathas with a retrospective effect from 2014 would not be made operational
