पश्चिम बंगाल में चुनावी नतीजे आने के बाद हिंसा का खुला खेल खेला गया था.........चुनावी हिंसा की वीडियो सामने आने के बावजूद पीड़ितों को इंसाफ नहीं मिल पाया........पश्चिम बंगाल पुलिस ने एकतरह से आंख ही मूंद ली थी........बीजेपी नेताओं का आरोप है कि मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी के दबाव में पुलिस ने दोषियों पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की है....... चुनावी हिंसा के बाद कोलकाता हाईकोर्ट की पांच जजों की बेंच ने राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग का एक पैनल गठित किया........इस पैनल को बंगाल के हिंसा पीड़ितों से मुलाकात कर केस की सही जानकारी हासिल करने का जिम्मा सौंपा था.......एनएचआरसी की अलग अलग टीम ने हिंसा पीड़ित लोगों से ग्राउंड पर जाकर बातचीत की......और इसके आधार पर एक रिपोर्ट तैयार किया ..........एनएचआरसी ने सबूतों,गवाहों और पीड़ित पक्ष से मुलाकात कर अपनी अंतिम रिपोर्ट हाईकोर्ट को सौंप दी है...
