खबर यूपी के बलिया से आ रही है जहाँ बलिया जिला अस्पताल के इमर्जेनशी में खुले में किया जा रहा है आरटीपीसीआर टेस्ट। जिला अस्पताल के इमर्जेनशी में आरटीपीसीआर टेस्ट में बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई हैं। जहाँ टेस्ट के दौरान बिना गलप्स लगाए आरटीपीसीआर टेस्ट किया जा रहा हैं। और टेस्ट कर रही छात्रा को जरा गौर से देखिए कैसे टेस्ट किया जा रहा है आरटीपीसीआर का। जहाँ युवक के टेस्ट में नाक तक ले जाने के बाद ही किट सैम्पल को रकबा दिया जा रहा हैं।वही आरटीपीसीआर टेस्ट कराने आया युवक ने भी कहा कि खुले में टेस्ट किया जा रहा हैं। जो यह सही नही हैं। जब सीएमएस से पूछा गया तो कहना हैं कि कही भी खुले में टेस्ट किया जा सकता हैं।हालांकि आरटीपीसीआर लैब इंचार्ज रितेश सोनी कहा कि अभी मॉडिलिटी रेट नही हैं तो खुले में हो रहा हैं तो इंफेक्शन के चांस हैं कि किसी को हो सकता हैं।लेकिन जो रेट घटा हुआ हैं पॉजीटिविटी का उसको अंदाजा रखते हुए सीएमएस सर ने एलॉट किया हुआ हैं।ये प्वाइंट सही हैं आपका बिना मास्क,व बिना गलप्स टेस्ट कर रहे हैं तो वहां पर गलत हैं।और वहाँ पर प्वाईंट थोड़ा वीक हैं।

स्कूल वैन में धक्का लगाने को मजबूर मासूम
आजमगढ़ जिले में खटारा स्कूल वैन में बच्चो को बोरे की तरह भरकर ले जा रहा है और रास्ते में खराब हो जा रहा है जिसके बाद परेशान बच्चे स्कूल वाहन को धक्का देते हुए दिखाई देते है। वही आरटीओ विभाग के अधिकारी कार्रवाई व जागरूकता की बात कर रहे है। ख़ास बात है ये बच्चे आजमगढ़ के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित स्कूल के पढ़ने वाले हैं और इसके लिए इनको भारी भरकम फीस भी देनी पड़ती है लेकिन स्कूल के परिवहन की जिम्मेदारी से पल्ला झाड़ने पर पेरेंट्स भी किसी भी खटारा वाहन से भेजने को मजबूर हैं, जिसके चलते वह भी एक प्रकार से दोषी हैं।
आजमगढ़ जिले में खटारा प्राईवेट वाहन धड़ल्ले से चल रहे और स्कूल के बच्चो को बोरे की तरह वाहन में भरकर ले जा रहे। आज ऐसा ही वाक्या उस समय देखने को मिला जब एक प्राईवेट स्कूल वाहन जो सिधारी से ज्योति निकेतन स्कूल बच्चो को ले जा रहा था और नगर के बवाली मोड़ पर खराब हो गया। जिसके बाद बच्चे परेशान हो जाते है और खटारा वैन को धक्का देते नज़र आते है। इस बाबत जब बच्चो से पूछा गया तो उनका कहना था कि 16 से 17 बच्चों को बोरे की तरह इसमें भर दिया जाता है और आये दिन यह वैन खराब हो जाती है। इस सम्बन्ध में जब वह परिजनो से कहते है तो उनका जवाब होता है कि ठीक वाहन है उसी में जाओ। वही जब इस मामले में चालक से बात की गयी तो उसने पहले तो 12 बच्चो की बात कही लेकिन जब उससे 17 बच्चो का जिकर किया गया तो वह बंगले झांकते नजर आया।

जालौन - गौशाला संचालको की लापरवाही से दर्जनों गायों की हुई मौत
प्रदेश सरकार गायों के हित में चाहें कुछ भी दावे करे लेकिन जमीनी स्तर पर प्रशासनिक लापरवाही लगातार बरकरार है, गायों के प्रति प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों का लचर रवैये के कारण जालौन में गाय की बुरी दुर्दशा है, गायों के भोजन का ठीक इंतज़ाम ना होने के कारण आये दिन गायें भूंख से तड़प कर मौतें हो रही हैं।
ताजा मामला जालौन में स्थित बोधपुरा गौशाला का है जहा प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की एक बार फिर से बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई है। बोहदपुरा गौशाला में लगभग 50 गायों की भूँख से तड़प तड़प कर मौत हो गयी। भारी तादाद में गौमाता के दम तोड़ने के बाद गौशाला संचालक मौके से फरार हो गया। जहां कुछ दिन पहले भी दर्जनों गायों की मौत हो चुकी है, इसके बाद भी जिला प्रशासन नही जागा। बुधवार को आधा सैकड़ा गायों की मौत की सूचना पर प्रशासन के हाथ पांव फूल गए व आनन फानन में एडीएम प्रमिल कुमार सिंह पुलिस बल के साथ मौके पर पहुँचे। व मौके पर पहुचकर घटनास्थल का मुआयना किया। पत्रकारों से बातचीत में एडीएम प्रमिल कुमार सिंह ने इस घटना को गम्भीरता से ना लेते हुए एक साधारण घटना का रूप देने की कोशिश की व गायों की संख्या महज 5 - 6 बताकर, बीमारी के कारण मौत हो जाने की सफाई पेश कर दी।

KGMU के डॉक्टर पर लगा गलत इंजेक्शन लगाने का आरोप
लखनऊ सरकार की स्वास्थ्य विभाग को सुधारने की सभी कोशिशों को आये दिन पलीता लगा रहे हैं ट्रॉमा सेंटर के लापरवाह डॉक्टर, जिसका ताज़ा मामला केजीएमयू के ट्रॉमा सेंटर का है जहाँ लखनऊ के राजेन्द्र नगर से आई 17 वर्षीय युवती शालू गौतम की डॉक्टर द्वारा ग़लत इंजेक्शन लगाने से मौत हो गई । जिसके बाद परिजनों ने शव को सड़क पर रखकर प्रदर्शन किया और डॉक्टर के ख़िलाफ़ कड़ी कार्रवाई करने की माँग की ।एक तरफ जहां स्वास्थ्य विभाग को लेकर सरकार लगातार बड़े दावे करती रहती है वहीं इन अस्पतालों की जमीनी हकीकत कुछ और ही देखने को मिलती रहती है । बताया जा रहा है बीती रात तीन बजे परिजन 17 साल की शालू को बुखार आने के बाद तबीयत बिगड़ने को लेकर ट्रामा सेंटर लेकर आए थे । परिजनों का आरोप है की कि डाक्टर के इंजेक्शन लगाने के बाद मरीज की हालत ज्यादा बिगड़ गई । जिसके बाद परिजन डाक्टर से मरीज को देखने के लिए मिन्नत करते रहे, लेकिन डाक्टर ने इंजेक्शन लगाने के बाद उसको देखना जरूरी नहीं समझा और सीनियर डाक्टर आने की बात कहकर सभी को टरकाने में जुट गए । तभी सुबह 17 साल की युवती की मौत हो गई और परिजनों में आक्रोश व्याप्त हो गया साथ ही मृतिका के शव को ट्रामा के बहार सड़क पर रख कर हंगामा शुरू कर दिया । जिसकी जानकारी पाते ही मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने किसी तरह परिजनों को समझाकर शव को रास्ते से हटवाया ।

जिले के शोहरतगढ़ तहसील के प्राथमिक विद्यालय महली में सरकार की मंशा पर पानी फेरने का काम इस विद्यालय पर तैनात शिक्षक ही करते देखे जा सकते है।इस विद्यालय पर पढ़ने वाले छात्रो की माने तो गुरु जी बिना किसी आदेश के स्कूल बंद कर चले गए । और स्कूल आये बच्चे स्कूल के ग्राउंड में खेलते हुए नजर आए।
