Five years ago on October 12, Sohum Shah gave one of the best horror thrillers of Indian cinema with Tumbbad. The actor-producer revealed facing discrimination due to his lack of knowledge of English. He also commented on how only men with six-pack abs were considered for leading roles when he started. Talking of Tumbbad, he remembered the challenges he faced to release the film after completing it in 2015. From selling his car and flat to having people not pick up his calls, he shared the whole ordeal. Sohum spoke about him and the film’s whole team losing hope of it releasing ever.
