कानपुर के बिधनू थाना क्षेत्र के पहाड़पुर में संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में पेट में गोली लगने से युवक मौत हो गई। मृतक की पत्नी ने अपने ससुर पर बेटे की हत्या का आरोप लगाया है। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस और फोरेंसिक टीम ने मामले की छानबीन की। पुलिस मामले में सम्बन्धित लोगों से पूछताछ कर रही है। आपको बता दें कि पहाड़पुर का रहने वाला बब्लू द्विवेदी का द्विवेदी नगर में एक पेट्रोल पंप है। वह प्रापर्टी डीलिंग भी करते हैं। उनके बेटे कमल द्विवेदी की दो साल पहले प्रीति से शादी हुई थी, जिससे नौ माह की बेटी है। बुधवार देर रात गोली चलने की आवाज सुनकर परिजन बरामदे की ओर दौड़े तो वहां शव पड़ा मिला। गोली पेट की बाईं तरफ लगी थी। पास में लाइसेंसी रायफल पड़ी थी। घटना से चीख पुकार मच गई। परिवार ने इसकी सूचना पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम को दी। मौके पर पहुंचकर बिधनू पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में ले पोस्टमार्टम को भेज दिया। मृतक की पत्नी ने अपने ससुर पर पति की हत्या का आरोप लगाया है। उसने आरोप लगाया कि ससुर उस पर गलत नजर रखता था। जिसको लेकर पहले भी विवाद हो चुका है। कल रात एक बजे बाप बेटे में इसी बात को लेकर झगड़ा हुआ। जिसके बाद बाप लाइसेंली राइफल निकाल लाया और बेटे को गोली मार दी। पुलिस का कहना है कि घटना के हर पहलू की बारीकी से जांच की जा रही है। जल्द ही पूरी तस्वीर साफ हो जाएगी।

उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद अलीगढ़ में एक बेहद ही सनसनीखेज और चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है। जहां एक पिता ने नाबालिग उम्र में अपनी बेटी के हाथ पीले कर विकलांग युवक के साथ 5 लाख रुपये ले उसकी शादी कर दी गई।तो वही चाचा और पिता की तरफ से आरोप-प्रत्यारोप का दौर भी जारी है। जहां चाचा द्वारा नाबालिक लड़की के पिता पर 5 लाख रुपया लेकर शादी करने का आरोप लगाया जा रहा है। तो वही नाबालिक शादीशुदा युवती के द्वारा अपने चाचा पर उसके बेटे के साथ जबरन शादी करने और 1 लाख रुपये अपने बेटे संग शादी में मांगने का आरोप लगाया गया है। जबकि शादीशुदा 14 वर्षीय युवती का कहना है कि उसने विकलांग युवक के साथ अपनी मर्जी से निकाह किया है। क्योंकि उसको वही लड़का पसंद था। जिसके साथ उसकी शादी हुई है। तो वहीं इस शादी में लड़ाई झगड़ा क्लाइमैक्स वह सभी चीजें मौजूद है जिसका जिम्मेदार 21वी सदी का समाज हैं। जहां हमारे देश में सख्त से सख्त कानून पास हो जाते हैं लेकिन इन कानून की जमीनी हकीकत को देखा जाए तो सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए कानून दम तोड़ते हुए नजर आ रहे हैं। जबकि नाबालिक विवाह पर सरकार ने एक सख्त कानून बनाया है। तो वही नाबालिक विवाह को सरकार के द्वारा अपराध की श्रेणी में रखा गया है। लेकिन 21वीं सदी में आज भी नाबालिग बेटियों की शादी है धड़ल्ले के साथ की जा रही है। लोगों को शर्मसार कर चौंकाने वाला ताजा मामला उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद अलीगढ़ के थाना बन्नादेवी इलाके के उदला से सामने आया है। जहां मात्र 14 साल की चांदनी को दुल्हन बनाकर उसी गांव के 21 वर्षीय विकलांग युवक जाहिर के साथ कर नाबालिक चांदनी को रुखसत किया गया है। तो वही नाबालिग चांदनी के चाचा शान मोहम्मद ने इस शादी का विरोध करते हुए थाने में प्रार्थना पत्र दिया गया था। थाने में की गई शिकायत की जानकारी के बाद भी 12 सितंबर को 14 वर्षीय नाबालिक चांदनी का विवाह 21 वर्षीय विकलांग युवक जाहिर के साथ किया गया।
