लखनऊ कमिश्नरेट के ठाकुरगंज थाना क्षेत्र के बालागंज चुंगी के पास ग्राम बिजनौर, थाना सरोजनी नगर निवासी प्रॉपर्टी डीलर नोमान शिबली से पांच लाख रुपये की टप्पेबाजी।
शुक्रवार दोपहर करीब 12 बजे पीड़ित नोमान शिबली एचडीएफसी बैंक, बालागंज से अपने छोटे नोटों को बड़े नोटों में बदलने के लिए गए थे। वे बैंक से रुपयों से भरा थैला लेकर आए और गाड़ी की पिछली सीट पर रख दिया। इसी बीच किसी ने उनकी गाड़ी के बोनट पर मोबिल आयल जैसा कोई तरल पदार्थ डाल दिया। इसके बाद एक राहगीर,जो संभवतः उनका साथी रहा होगा, उनसे गाड़ी के इंजन से तेल बहने का इशारा करके चला गया।
जैसे ही नोमान शिबली गाड़ी से निकलकर बोनट खोलकर देखने लगे, वैसे ही किसी दूसरे ने उनकी गाड़ी की पिछली सीट पर पांच लाख रुपयों से भरा थैला दरवाजा खोल कर निकाल लिया और चलता बना।
इसी दौरान उनको कुछ शंका हुई और उन्होंने थैला चेक किया, लेकिन तबतक गाड़ी में रखा थैला गायब हो चुका था।
इसके बाद पीड़ित ने थाना ठाकुरगंज जाकर तहरीर दी, जिसके आधार पर उनकी एफ. आई. आर. दर्ज कर ली गई है। ठाकुरगंज पुलिस घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर इलाके के सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाल रही है, जहां उसके हाथ कुछ महत्वपूर्ण सुराग लगे हैं।
खबर लिखे जाने तक ठाकुरगंज पुलिस ने क्षेत्र के करीब एक दर्जन दुकानों और अन्य प्रतिष्ठानों के सीसीटीवी फुटेज रिकॉर्डिंग की पड़ताल कर ली है।
इसमें कई जगह उचक्कों की पहचान भी हो गई है। इंस्पेक्टर ठाकुरगंज विश्वजीत सिंह का कहना है कि जल्द ही पुलिस इस मामले की तह तक पहुंच कर मामले को सुलझा लेगी।

उत्तर प्रदेश के आजमगढ़ के मदरसों में फर्जी नियुक्तियों के मामले में विशेष जांच दल ने अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण निदेशालय के अधिकारियों पर एफआईआर दर्ज की है। एसआईटी ने तत्कालीन रजिस्ट्रार राहुल गुप्ता और संयुक्त निदेशक शेषनाथ पांडे पर एफआईआर दर्ज की है। इसके अलावा आजमगढ़ के मुबारकपुर मदरसा जामिया नुरुल उलूम के अध्यक्ष जहीर अहमद, प्रबंधक अहमदुल्लाह को भी नामजद आरोपी बनाया है।
बता दें आजमगढ़ के 20 मदरसों में शिक्षकों की फर्जी तैनाती दिखाकर सरकारी अनुदान के धन के गबन का मामला सामने आया। जांच के बाद एसआईटी ने अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण निदेशालय के तत्कालीन ज्वाइंट डायरेक्टर शेषनाथ पांडे, रजिस्ट्रार राहुल गुप्ता, आजमगढ़ के मदरसा जामिया नुरुल उलूम के अध्यक्ष जहीर अहमद, प्रबंधक अहमदुल्लाह के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 409, 420 और 120 बी में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई है।एसआईटी के डीजी आरपी सिंह ने बताया कि मुबारकपुर के मदरसा जामिया नुरुल उलूम ,मदरसा अशरफिया सिराजुल उलूम नेवादा अमिलो, अरबिया दारूतालीम सोफीपुरा, बाबुल ईल्म निस्वा, जफरपुर का मदरसा अरबिया जियाउल उलूम मंदे, बम्हौर का मदरसा मदरसतुल आलिया शेख रज्जब अली, जामिया अरबिया तनवीर उल उलूम नौशहरा, अरबिया कासिमुल मगरांवा, इस्लामिया जमीअतुल कुरेश जालंधरी में शिक्षकों की फर्जी तैनाती कर सरकारी धन के गबन की पुष्टि हुई है।
