SC/ST एक्ट पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला, कहा-गिरफ्तारी से पहले इजाजत की जरुरत नहीं
सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तीन जजों की बेंच ने आज एससी एसटी एक्ट में तुरंत गिरफ्तारी को लेकर केंद्र सरकार की ओर से दाखिल पुनर्विचार याचिका पर फैसला आ गया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस याचिका फैसला देते हुए कहा कि इस नियम के अंतर्गत गिरफ्तारी और जांच को लेकर गाइडलाइंस बनाने का फैसला गलत था, ये काम कोर्ट का नहीं है.
