PMGKY - Garib Kalyan Yojana Benefits from Govt of India मध्यप्रदेश में 7 अगस्त के दिन प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना के अंतर्गत निःशुल्क राशन बांटने की शुरुआत की गई यह योजना नवम्बर तक जारी रहेगी जिसके तहत प्रत्येक हितग्राही को 5 किलों राशन मुफ्त दिया जाएगा। सरकार का दावा हैं कि इस योजना के तहत 1 करोड़ 15 लाख हितग्रहियों को लाभ मिलेगा। प्रदेश सरकार की संस्कृति मंत्री उषा ठाकुर के मुताबिक अकेले खंडवा की 468 राशन दुकानों पर ढाई लाख से अधिक परिवारों के तक़रीबन 9 लाख सदस्यों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। इधर इस योजना पर कांग्रेस के पूर्व केंद्र मंत्री अरुण यादव ने ट्वीट कर कहा कि यह योजना 2011 में मनमोहन सरकार में बनी थी। हालांकि प्रदेश सरकार की संस्कृति मंत्री इसे ख़ारिज करते हुए कहा कि उन्हें कोई काम नहीं हैं। संस्कृति मंत्री ने अरुण यादव से ही सवाल कर लिया कि वे बताए की कांग्रेस के शासन काल में कब गरीबों को निःशुल्क अनाज मिला।
