Opening of schools, universities will be done in a phased manner: Advisor to J&K Governor

Jammu: Advisor to the Jammu and Kashmir Governor, K Vijay Kumar on August 28 briefed the mediapersons about the current situation of the Valley after the abrogation of article 370 of the Indian Constitution. He said that administration is gradually opening up the schools in Jammu and Kashmir, the situation is different and administration is taking measures according to the situation.
