देश में जैसे ही चुनाव आते है एक मुद्दा है जो अक्सर चर्चाओं में रहता है.दरअसल या तो वो जातिगत जनगणना का मामला होता है या फिर आरक्षण.आजादी के सालों बाद भी देश की कई जातियां अपने अधिकारों को लेकर लगातार संघर्ष कर रही है.उन्हे भले कागजों में आरक्षण दे दिया गया हो लेकिन लालफिताशाही परम्परा के इस दौर में आज भी वे घोषणाएं महज कागजी सिफारिशें बनकर रह गई है. और उनमे से एक है अति पिछडा वर्ग.क्या वाकई में ये वर्ग आज भी अपने अधिकारों के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा है या फिर इनके अधिकार चुनावी पार्टीयों के चुनावी वादें बनकर रह गए है जो हर 5 साल बाद याद किए जाते है
