વાપીમાં આવેલા રોફેલ ગ્રીમ્સ MBA કોલેજમાં બે દિવસીય Etica-2019નું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. MBAના અભ્યાસક્રમમાં આવતા Business Ethics and Management વિષયને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ખરા અર્થમાં પોતાના જીવનમાં ઉતારી શકે અને દેશના સારા નાગરિક બની દેશમાં થતા કોર્પોરેટ ફ્રોડને કાયમ માટે દેશવટો આપી શકે તેવા શુભ ઉદ્દેશ્યથી છેલ્લા સાત વર્ષથી કોલેજ મેનેજમેન્ટ અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ દ્વારા વિશેષ કાર્યક્રમ યોજી અનોખી રીતે ઉજવવામાં આવે છે. આ ઉપરાંત કોલેજ, શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં રહેલી પ્રતિભાને પ્લેટફોર્મ પૂરું પાડવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.
વાપીની MBA કોલેજમાં યોજાતી આ ઇવેન્ટ્સ અંગે કોલેજના પ્રાદ્યાપક નૂપુર અબરીશ અને ડૉ. આભા સિંઘવીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં નૈતિક મૂલ્યોનું સિંચન થાય, તેમની મોરલ વેલ્યુ વધે, સારા સંસ્કારો સાથે પોતાનામાં રહેલી અનોખી પ્રતિભાને બહાર લાવી શકે તે માટે આ કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે. આ વખતની ઇવેન્ટમાં સુરતથી લઈને દાહણું સુધીની ડેન્ટલ, નર્સિંગ, B. Com, BSc, MBA સહિતની 25 જેટલી કોલેજ અને વાપી આસપાસની 12 જેટલી શાળાના 400 વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ભાગ લીધો છે.
જેઓ અહીં વિવિધ સ્પર્ધાઓ જેવી કે સિગિંગ, ડાન્સિંગ, નિબંધ સ્પર્ધા, પોસ્ટર મેકિંગ, વેસ્ટમાંથી બેસ્ટ, પ્રેઝન્ટેશન, મિસ્ટર એન્ડ મિસિસ સ્પર્ધા, ક્રિકેટ, વોલીબોલમાં ભાગ લઈ પોતાની પ્રતિભાના દર્શન કરવી રહ્યા છે. આ વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં રહેલી પ્રતિભાને યોગ્ય પ્લેટફોર્મ મળે, તેમનામાં હિંદુ સંસ્કૃતિનું સિંચન થાય, સામાજિક સમરસતા વધે, દેશના સારા નાગરિક બને અને નૈતિકમૂલ્યો જાણી શકે તે આ કાર્યક્રમનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ છે. આ સમગ્ર કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન, ઇનામ વિતરણ માટે યોગ્ય સ્પર્ધકની પસંદગી, કાર્યક્રમ માટે આયોજક સહિત તમામ કામગીરી રોફેલ ગ્રીમ્સના MBAના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ જાતે જ કરે છે. જેના થકી તેમને પણ મેનેજમેન્ટના સાચા ફંડાની સમજ આવે અને એક સારા નાગરિક સાથે સારા બિઝનેસમેન બની શકે.
દેશમાં દહેજપ્રથા, બેટી બચાવો, બેટી પઢાવો, સરકારી અભિયાનની પણ સરાહના કરી સમાજનું સાચું ભવિષ્ય બની શકે છે.આ અનોખા કાર્યક્રમ અંગે રોફેલ ગ્રીમ્સના ડાયરેક્ટર ડૉ. કેદાર શુક્લાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, આવી ઇવેન્ટ્સથી આવનારા દિવસોમાં દેશને મળનાર બિઝનેસ લીડર, બિઝનેસ મેનેજર, એન્ટરપ્રિન્યોરમાં Ethics રિસ્પોન્સીબીલીટી આવે જેના થકી દેશમાં થતા કોર્પોરેટ ફ્રોડમાં ઘટાડો થાય તે માટે આ અનਦੁਆਰਾ Khabarchhe| 2023 ਵਿਚਾਰ
