बाराबंकी जेल में कैदियों ने पेश की एकता की मिसाल, मुस्लिमों के साथ हिन्दू भी रख रहे रोज़ा

एक ओर मुस्लिम धर्मस्थल पर लाउडस्पीकर से अजान को लेकर बहस का दौर जारी है तो दूसरी तरफ हनुमान जन्मोत्सव के दौरान शोभा यात्रा पर पथराव होने से माहौल गर्म है। वहीं इस बीच लखनऊ से सटे जिले बाराबंकी में हिंदू-मुस्लिम एकता की अनोखी मिसाल देखने को मिल रही है। बाराबंकी जिला कारागार में मुस्लिम बंदियों के साथ एक दर्जन से ज्यादा हिंदू बंदी भी रमजान माह में रोजा रख रहे हैं। जेल प्रशासन की ओर से इन रोजेदारों को बकायदा इफ्तार भी कराया जाता है। मुस्लिम बंदियों के साथ हिंदू बंदी रोजा रखकर कौमी एकता की अनोखी मिसाल पेश कर रहे है। आपको बता दें कि कुछ सालों पहले जिला कारागार बाराबंरी में निरूद्ध करीब दो सौ हिंदू बंदियों ने मुस्लिम बंदियों के साथ रोजा रखकर एक नई शुरूआत की थी। तब से हिंदू बंदी जेल में रोजा रखकर हिंदू-मुस्लिम एकता की अनोखी मिसाल कायम कर रहे है। बाराबंकी जिला कारागार में इस समय करीब 1400 कुल कैदी हैं। जिनमें से इस बार रमजान के पवित्र माह में कुल 250 बंदी रोजा रख रहे है। इनमे से कई मुस्लिम बंदी ऐसे है जो नित्य रोजा रख रहे है। वहीं 15 हिंदू बंदी भी मुस्लिम बंदियों के साथ रोजा रख रहे है। जेल प्रशासन की ओर से रोजा रखने वाले बंदियों को इफ्तार के समय खजूर, दूध, चाय समेत सभी जरूरी चीजें दी जा रही हैं। इसके अलावा जो बंदी लजीज व्यंजन खाना चाहते है उन्हे व्यंजन भी उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। हिंदू कैदी भी मुस्लिम कैदियों की तरह दिन भर रोजा रखते हैं और उनके साथ तड़के सुबह 3 बजे उठकर सेहरी करते हैं।
वीओ- बाराबंकी जेलर आलोक शुक्ला ने बताया कि जेल में इस तरह मुस्लिम-हिंदू भाईचारा देखकर हमें खुशी होती है। यहां करीब 250 बंदी ने इस साल रोजा रखा हुआ है। इसमें 15 हिंदू बंदी भी शामिल हैं। इन सभी के लिये एक वक्त के भोजन की व्यवस्था की गई है। इसके अलावा रोजेदारों के लिये जो-जो जरूरी है, उस सब की जेल में व्यवस्था की जा रही है। इसके अलावा रोजा अफ्तार के लिये भी कुछ खास व्यंजन भी बनवाया जाता है।
