On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat on July 26 paid floral tribute to war heroes at Kargil War Memorial in Dras. CDS also installed a victory flame at the memorial. Ladakh MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal paid tribute to the valorous soldiers.
