मुख्तार अंसारी को गैंगस्टर एक्ट के एक मुकदमे में मिली जमानत, लेकिन जेल में ही रहना होगा

बांदा जेल में बंद मुख्तार अंसारी को बड़ी राहत मिली है. मऊ कोर्ट ने बुधवार को गैंगस्टर एक्ट के एक केस में अंसारी को जमानत पर रिहा करने के आदेश दिए हैं. रिहाई का आदेश बांदा जेल के अधीक्षक के पास भेजा जाएगा. हालांकि, दूसरे मुकदमे भी लंबित हैं, इसलिए अंसारी को अभी जेल में ही रहना होगा.
मुख्तार अंसारी को साल 2010 में मऊ के दक्षिण टोला थाने में दर्ज केस में एमपी एमएलए कोर्ट ने एक लाख रुपए के मुचलके पर जमानत दी है. न्यायाधीश दिनेश चौरसिया ने यह आदेश जारी किया है. चूंकि गैंगस्टर एक्ट में अधिकतम सजा 10 साल की है और मुख्तार इस मुकदमे के दर्ज होने के बाद से लगातार जेल में है.
जेल अधीक्षक की तरफ से बताया गया कि अपराध संख्या 891 सन 2010 एसटी नंबर 2/12 में 09 सितंबर 2011 से मुख्तार अंसारी अब तक जेल में बंद है जबकि इस मामले में अधिकतम 10 वर्ष की सजा का प्रावधान है. लेकिन अब अंसारी को जेल में उससे भी ज्यादा समय हो गया है.यह भी कहा गया कि इस मामले में अंसारी को निरुद्ध रखना अब वैधानिक नहीं है. इसी को लेकर गैंगस्टर एक्ट के इस मुकदमे में मुख्तार अंसारी को रिहा करने का यह आदेश मऊ एमपी-एमएलए कोर्ट ने दिया है.
