On the occasion of eighth day of Navratri, Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar offered prayers at Sheetla Mata Mandir in Patna on October 13. The 8th day of Navratri is dedicated to Goddess Mahagauri, one of the nine forms of Goddess Durga.
