મોટાસડાની શાળાનો શિક્ષક 3 માસથી ગુમ
પાલનપુર શહેરમાં રહેતા અને દાંતા તાલુકાના મોટાસડા ગામમાં ફરજ બજાવતા શિક્ષક છેલ્લા ત્રણ માસથી ગુમ થયા છે. જેની પોલીસ ફરીયાદ નોંધાવવા છતાં હજુ કોઈ ભાળ ન મળતાં પરિવારના સભ્યો દ્વારા રેલી યોજી કલેક્ટરને આવેદનપત્ર આપવામાં આવ્યું હતું. પાલનપુર શહેરના જૂના લક્ષ્મીપુરમાં રહેતા દિનેશભાઈ શંકરભાઈ પટેલ દાંતા તાલુકાના મોટાસડા ગામે શિક્ષક તરીકે ફરજ બજાવતા હતા. જેઓ ત્રણ માસ અગાઉ શાળાએ ગયા બાદ ઘરે પરત ન ફરતા પરિવારે ગૂમ થયાની પોલીસ ફરીયાદ નોંધાવી હતી. પરંતુ આજદિન સુધી ગૂમ થયેલા શિક્ષકની ભાળ મળી નથી. ત્યારે ચિંતાતુર પરિવાર આખરે ભાંગી પડ્યો હતો. દરમિયાન, શિક્ષકના પરિવાર દ્વારા શહેરમાં રેલી યોજી કલેક્ટરને આવેદનપત્ર આપી પરીવારના મોભીને શોધી કાઢવા રજૂઆત કરી હતી.
શિક્ષકના પરિવારજનોએ પોલીસની નિષ્ક્રિયતા સામે પણ ઉભરો ઠાલવ્યો હતો. આ રેલીમાં જોડાયેલા ચિંતાગ્રસ્ત પરિવારની આંખોમાંથી આંસુ સરી પડતા ગમગીની છવાઈ ગઈ હતી.

પાલનપુરનું નવું ST બસ પોર્ટ વિવાદમાં, પાલિકાની મંજૂરી વગર ચાલી રહ્યું છે બાંધકામ
પાલનપુરમાં કરોડો રૂપિયાના ખર્ચે બની રહેલું અત્યાધુનિક ST બસ પોર્ટ વિવાદના વમળમાં ફસાયું છે. નગરપાલિકાની કોઈપણ જાતની મંજૂરી વગર ચાલી રહેલા બાંધકામને ગુજરાત રિયલ એસ્ટેટ રેગ્યુલેટરી ઓથોરિટી, ગાંધીનગરે તોડી પાડવાનો હુકમ કરતા ખળભળાટ મચી ગયો છે.
પાલનપુર ખાતે કરોડોના ખર્ચે નવું ST બસ પોર્ટ બની રહ્યું છે, જેના બાંધકામનો વિવાદ હવે ચરમસીમાએ પહોંચ્યો છે. જોકે, બસ પોર્ટમાં 77 કરોડના ખર્ચે બની રહેલા વાણિજ્ય સંકુલમાં દુકાનો અને શોરૂમ કે ઓફીસના બુકિંગ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે, જેમાં 50% બ્લેક મની અને 50% વ્હાઇટ મનીના એવી સ્કીમ સાથે ગુજરાત સરકાર અને ST વિભાગના નામે બોગસ બ્રોશર બજારમાં ફરતા કરી કંપની દ્વારા કરોડો રૂપિયા ખંખેરી લેવામાં આવ્યા છે, જેની સામે પાલનપુરના વિજયભાઈ સોલંકીએ મોરચો માંડતા ગુજરાત રિયલ એસ્ટેટ રેગ્યુલેટરી ઓથોરિટીમાં ફરિયાદ દાખલ કરી હતી.
કંપની દ્વારા પાલનપુર નગરપાલિકાની કાયદેસરની લે-આઉટ મંજૂર કરાવ્યા સિવાય કે બાંધકામ પરવાનગી મેળવ્યા સિવાય ST બસ પોર્ટનું બાંધકામ ધમધોકાર ચાલી રહ્યું છે. આ અંગેનો કેસ ગુજરાત રિયલ એસ્ટેટ રેગ્યુલેટરી ઓથોરિટી, ગાંધીનગર સમક્ષ ચાલી જતા ટ્રિબ્યુનલે આ ગેરકાયદેસર બાંધકામ 31-12-18 સુધીમાં તોડી પાડવાનો પાલનપુર નગરપાલિકાને હુકમ કરતા ચકચાર મચી જવા પામી છે. આ અંગે પાલનપુર નગરપાલિકાના ટીપી કમિટી ચેરમેને પણ એકરાર કર્યો હતો કે, ST પોર્ટના બાંધકામની કોઈ મંજૂરી લેવાઈ નથી. ત્યારે ટ્રિબ્યુનલના હુકમ મુજબ પંચનામું કરાવી કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે તેવું ટીપી કમિટી ચેરમેને જણાવ્યું હતું.

પાલનપુર સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ સાબર ડેરીના ગબલા ટ્રસ્ટને સોંપી દેવાના સરકારના નિર્ણય બાદ 23 એપ્રિલ 2018ના રોજ મેડિકલ કાઉન્સિલ ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા (MCI)ની તપાસ ટૂકડી આવી છે. MCI સમક્ષ રજૂઆત કરવા માંગતા લોકોની અટકાયત કરીને પોલીસ અજ્ઞાત સ્થળે ઉઠાવી ગઈ છે. ભાજપના વિવાદાસ્પદ નેતા શંકર ચૌધરીની સૂચનાથી તેમને પોલીસ અટકાયત કરી ગઈ હોવાનું અટકાયતીઓએ જણાવ્યું હતું અને સીધો શંકર ચૌધરી પર આક્ષેપોનો મારો કર્યો હતો. અટકાયત બાદ આમ આદમી પક્ષના ગુજરાતના ઉપ્રમુખ ભેમા ચૌધરીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે સુધી MCIની ટીમ નહીં મળે ત્યાં સુધી અમે બધા પોલિસ સ્ટેશનમાં અન્ન જળનો ત્યાગ કરીને ઉપવાસ પર ઉતરી ગયા છીએ. ઉપવાસ શરૂ કરનારમાં ભેમા ચૌધરી, રમેશ નાભાણી, સરફરાઝ સિંધી, સતીશ વણસોલા, રમીલાબેન એમ ચાર લોકો છે.

કેમેરાની સામે થતો ભ્રષ્ટાચાર અનેક વખત બહાર આવ્યો છે. વધુ એક જીવતો પુરાવો પાલનપુર RTOનો બહાર આવ્યો છે. જેમાં લાઈસન્સ લેવા માટે સહી કરાવવી હોય તો રૂ. 500 આપવા પડે છે. જો ન આપો તો તેના પર દિવસો સુધી સહી થતી નથી. સરકારે દરેક કામના દિવસો નક્કી કરી આપેલા છે છતાં તેમ છતાં તે સમય પ્રમાણે કામ થતું નથી કારણ કે સમયસર કામ ન કરે તો કોઈ સજાની જોગવાઈ નથી. તેથી ભ્રષ્ટાચાર ઘટવાના બદલે વધી રહ્યો છે. આમ થતાં સરકારી અધિકારીઓની સંપત્તિ રાજકીય વ્યક્તિઓ કરતાં પણ અત્યંત ઝડપથી વધી રહી છે.
તેની સીધી જવાબદારી ભાજપ સરકારના મુખ્યમંત્રી વિજય રૂપાણી છે. તેઓ જ્યારથી મુખ્યમંત્રી બન્યા છે ત્યારથી ભ્રષ્ટાચાર માઝા મૂકી રહ્યો છે. લોકોના કામ હવે પૈસા વગર થતાં ન હતી. આનંદીબેને તેમની પુત્રી માટે ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કર્યો હતો અને તેમને ભાજપે ખદેડી મૂક્યા હતા. પણ રૂપાણીના રાજ સમયે લોકોને નાણાં આપવા પડે છે. તેનો સીધો મતલબ કે સરકાર ઈચ્છે છે કે પ્રજાની લૂંટ ચલાવી રહ્યાં હો તો વાંધો નહીં. પણ વ્યક્તિગત ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કરો તો વાંધો છે.
ભાજપની રૂપાણી સરકારમાં ભ્રષ્ટાચાર એટલો વ્યાપક વધી ગયો છે કે, પાલનપુર RTO માં સહી કરવાનાં રૂ. 200 અને ના આપો તો ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઈસન્સ ના મળે એવી ધમકી પણ આપવામાં આવે છે. ભ્રષ્ટ અધિકારી સામે જીવતો પુરાવા જેવો વીડિયો બહાર આવ્યો છે ત્યારે ભ્રષ્ટાચારી સરકાર શું પગલાં લેશે? એવો પ્રશ્ન પણ વાહન વ્યવહાર વિભાગના અધિકારીઓ સામે પ્રજા પૂછી રહી છે. વાહન વ્યવહાર વિભાગના પૂર્વ અધિકારી અને કોંગ્રેસના નેતા જી. એમ. પટેલ કહે છે કે, આ વીડિયો હાથમાં આવ્યો હોવા છતાં જો સરકાર આવા ભ્રષ્ટાચારીઓને તાત્કાલીક સસ્પેન્ડ નહીં કરે તો ટૂંક જ સમયમાં જનતા રેડ પાડશે.Watch Viral Video of Bribery in Palanpur RTO With HD Qualityद्वारा Khabarchhe| 723 दृश्य
