Canada में सड़कों पर उतरे भारतीय Students, 700 छात्रों पर लटकी Deportation की तलवार
भारत से हर वर्ष हजारों छात्र-छात्राएं विदेशों में पढ़ने के लिए जाते हैं और इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में लाखों रुपए भी खर्च करते हैं। लेकिन कनाडा से एक ऐसा मामला सामने आया है जिसने मां-बाप और बच्चों में डर भर दिया है। दरससल कनाडा से जबरन भारत वापसी का सामना कर रहे करीब 700 भारतीय छात्र सड़कों पर उतरे हुए हैं। इन सभी छात्रों पर फर्जी ऑफर लेटर के जरिए कनाडा के कॉलेज मैंने डमीशन लेने का आरोप है। बता दें कि इन छात्रों में से ज्यादातर पंजाब राज्य से हैं। छात्रों के प्रदर्शन को एक सप्ताह से भी अधिक समय हो गया है। वे 29 मई से "अनिश्चितकालीन धरने" के लिए कनाडा सीमा सेवा एजेंसी (CBSA) के मुख्य कार्यालय के बाहर, मिसिसॉगा के एयरपोर्ट रोड पर इकठ्ठा हुए हैं।

पंजाब के जालंधर के एक ठग ट्रैवल एजेंट की करतूत की वजह से कनाडा गए 700 से अधिक छात्रों का भविष्य खतरे में पड़ गया है। कनाडा सीमा सुरक्षा एजेंसी यानी CBSA ने जांच में पाया कि भारत से आए 700 छात्रों के ऑफर लैटर समेत कई दस्तावेज फर्जी हैं। फर्जी ऑफर लैटर का खुलासा होने के बाद इन सभी स्टूडेंट्स को वापिस भारत डिपोर्ट करने की प्रक्रिया कनाडा सरकार ने शुरू कर दी है। कनाडा एम्बेसी द्वारा छात्रों को इस कांड के बारे में सूचित किए जाने पर हड़कंप मच गया है।
