गोबर से बने ब्रीफकेस में बजट लेकर सदन पहुंचे मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल तो मौजूद लोग चौंक गए जब उन्हे पता चला कि ब्रीफकेस गोबर से बना हुआ है। आमतौर पर बजट पेश करने वाले वित्त मंत्री सूट-बूट में लक्जरी व कीमती ब्रीफकेस में बजट लेकर सदन पहुंचते रहे हैं|
गोमय वसते लक्ष्मी..वाकई मां लक्ष्मी के प्रतीक के तौर पर विशेष रूप से तैयार गोधनमय ब्रीफकेस का बजट राज्य के लिए फलदायी होगा। लेकिन लोगों का चौकना इसलिए लाजमी था कि आखिर गोबर इतना कीमती हो गया कि गोबर बेंचने से पैसा मिल रहा,बिजली बन रही है,खाद व पेंट बन रहा और न जाने कितना गुणी है गोबर ..? अब तो ब्रीफकेस भी बन गया। जैसे कि मालूम हो छत्तीसगढ़ की गोधन न्याय योजना ने पूरे देश में अपनी एक अलग पहचान बनायी है। पहले किसी ने कल्पना भी नहीं की थी कि गोबर से कोई सामग्री भी तैयार की जा सकती है। जैसे कि बताया गया मुख्यमंत्री ने बजट पेश करने के लिए जिस ब्रीफकेस का इस्तेमाल किया वो चमड़े या जूट का नहीं होकर गोबर के बाई प्रोडक्ट से निर्मित है। इसे गोबर के पाउडर से तैयार किया गया है जिसे महिला स्वसहायता समूह की दीदी नोमिन पाल द्वारा बनाया गया है। छत्तीसगढ़ देश का पहला ऐसा राज्य बन गया है जिसने मां लक्ष्मी के प्रतीक के रूप में गो-धन से निर्मित ब्रीफकेस का इस्तेमाल किया है। नगर निगम रायपुर के गोकुल धाम गोठान में काम करने वाली एक पहल महिला स्वसहायता समूह की दीदियों ने गोबर एवं अन्य उत्पादों के इस्तेमाल से इस ब्रीफकेस का निर्माण किया है । इस ब्रीफकेस की खासियत ये है कि इसे गोबर पाउडर, चूना पाउडर, मैदा,लकड़ी एवं ग्वार गम के मिश्रण को परत दर परत लगाकर 10 दिनों की कड़ी मेहनत से तैयार किया गया है । बजट के लिए विशेष तौर पर तैयार किए गए इस ब्रीफकेस के हैंडल और कार्नर कोंडागांव शहर के समूह द्वारा बस्तर आर्ट कारीगर से तैयार करवाया गया है। सोशल मीडिया में जैसे ही यह खबर वायरल हुआ एक बार फिर छत्तीसगढ़ की गोधन योजना चर्चा में आ गया,लोग कमेंट्स भी करने लगे कका तै तो कमालદ્વારા CG24 News| 98 અભિપ્રાયો

पत्नी से 4 लाख रुपये एठने के साथ मानसिक एवं शारिरिक शोषण करने वाले पति और उनके परिवार वालों पर थाने में होगी प्राथमिकी दर्ज
राज्य महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष डॉ. किरणमयी नायक एवं सदस्य डॉ अनिता रावटे की उपस्थिति में आज शास्त्री चैक स्थित, राज्य महिला आयोग कार्यालय में महिलाओं से संबंधित शिकायतों के निराकरण के लिए सुनवाई की गई।
आज प्रस्तुत प्रकरण में अनावेदक ने बताया कि आवेदिका लिखित इकरारनामा के माध्यम से व्यक्तिगत 50 हजार रुपये लिया है और वापस न करना पड़े इसलिए झूठी शिकायत आयोग में की थी। आवेदिका से पूछताछ करने पर उसने स्वीकार किया कि उसने 50 हजार रूपये लिया है और वह एक माह के अंदर आयोग के समक्ष रुपये वापस देना स्वीकार किया है। आवेदिका का कथन है कि अनावेदक ने उसे डांट लगाई थी इसलिए उनके खिलाफ आयोग में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। महिला आयोग में महिलाओं की रक्षा का अर्थ कतई यह नही है कि महिला अपने अधिकारों का दुरुपयोग कर पुरुषों के खिलाफ झूठा मामला दर्ज कराए आवेदिका को आयोग के समझाइश दिए जाने पर आवेदिका ने आयोग के समक्ष अनावेदक से माफी मांगी और अगली सुनवाई में रुपये वापस करने की सहमति भी दी है।
एक अन्य प्रकरण में आवेदिका ने अपने पहले पति से तलाक और गुजारा भत्ता के साथ दोनो बच्चों की मांग की। अनावेदक और आवेदिका ने दूसरा विवाह कर लिया है। अब बच्चों पर दावा कर रहे है, यह स्थिति बहुत ही चिंताजनक है। आयोग के अध्यक्ष डॉ. किरणमयी नायक ने कहा कि बिना तलाक लिए दोनो पक्ष शादी कर दोषी साबित हो चुके हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में प्रकरण का निराकरण किया जाना उचित नहीं होगा क्योंकि दोनों की स्थिति वैधानिक नही है। इस पूरे प्रकरण में दोनो मासूम बच्चे दुर्भाग्यजनक स्थिति पर है। माता-पिता के रहते हुए दोनो बच्चे अनाथ हो गये है, चूंकि प्रकरण में नाबालिग बच्चे का हैं। इस कारण आयोग ने इस प्रकरण को तत्काल बाल संरक्षण आयोग के तत्कालीन सहायक संचालक वर्तमान में जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी रायपुर से दूरभाष पर चर्चा कर दोनो पक्षो को बाल संरक्षण आयोग से कार्यवाही करने की बात कही गई। जिस पर इस प्रकरण की सम्पूरદ્વારા CG24 News| 111 અભિપ્રાયો
