Syafruddin Optimis Penerapan Tilang Elektronik Berjalan Efektif
Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia (Menpan RB) Syafruddin optimistis penerapan sistem tilang elektronik akan berjalan efektif.
Menurutnya, progam kerja sama Kemenpan RB bersama Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) DKI Jakarta dan Polri merupakan langkah inovatif pemerintah dalam pelayanan publik berbasis teknologi.
"Untuk mengurangi kemacetan, kesemrawutan di jalan, law inforcement yang efektif tentu akan lebih baik. Namun untuk mengetahui (kebijakan tersebut) memadai atau tidak, perlu dibenahi. Tapi kita apresiasi", ungkap Syafruddin di Balai Kartini, Selasa (27/11/2018).
Syafruddin mengakui infrastruktur pendukung sistem tilang elektronik memang masih belum memadai. Namun, Syafruddin optimistis, penerapan sistem tilang berbasis online tersebut akan berjalan optimal secara bertahap.

Syafruddin: Masyarakat yang Tentukan Arah Kinerja Pemerintahan Ini
Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Menpan RB) Syafruddin mengapresiasi pencapaian pelayanan publik di tahun ini. Hal itu Ia ungkapkan dalam penyampaian hasil evaluasi Unit Penyelenggara Pelayanan Publik tahun 2018 di Balai Kartini, Jakarta, Selasa (28/11/2018).
Syafruddin mengatakan evaluasi tersebut dilakukan secara online terhadap institusi pemerintah di 208 kabupaten dan 34 provinsi.
"Menuntut perubahan paradigma menjadi lebih suportif, mengutamakan kepuasan penggunaan layanan”, ungkap Syafruddin.
Di hadapan kepala daerah dan perwakilan pemerintah daerah se-Indonesia, Syafruddin menekankan pentingnya pelayanan publik yang berintegritas. Menurutnya, institusi pemerintah saat ini dituntut untuk terus berinovasi agar dapat melayani publik secara optimal.
"Menempatkan pelanggan sebagai pengemudi, masyarakat yang menentukan apa yang perlu dilakukan ke mana arah kinerja pemerintahan ini", tutup Syafruddin.
