Amethi: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi, who was on a three-day visit to his parliament constituency Amethi recently, laid the foundation stone for a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Camp and recruitment centre at Trisundi in Bhadar. The young Congress Vice President also struck an emotional chord with the brave CRPF Jawans and requested the Centre to extend all possible help and support to their families. "Their biggest issue is their family, their comfort and well being. In fact, they face two challenges -- one to fight for the country and the other is to ensure the welfare of their families. I therefore request Shindeji, who is our Home Minister, to extend maximum support to CRPF Jawans for ensuring their families' welfare and comfort", said Rahul Gandhi and the audience, which comprised a good number of CRPF personnel greeted it with loud applauds.
