फिल्म एक्ट्रेस आलिया भट्ट को जान से मारने की धमकी दी गई और इसके बदले 50 लाख की मांगे गए थे. उत्तर प्रदेश से एक अज्ञात शख्स ने आलिया के पिता और फिल्म मेकर महेश भट्ट को फोन पर यह धमकी दी थी. फिलहाल उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस ने आरोपी को हिरासत में लिया है जिसे पूछताछ के लिए मुंबई लाया जाएगा.

मामले की जांच कर रही मुंबई पुलिस ने बताया है कि जुहू के पुलिस स्टेशन में जबरन वसूली का मामला दर्ज किया गया है. AEC इसकी जांच में जुटी है. हालांकि अभी तक कोई गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है लेकिन मामले की तफ्तीश जारी है.

धमकी भरे कॉल और पुलिस के सहयोग की जानकारी महेश भट्ट ने ट्विटर पर भी दी है-

मुंबई पुलिस से जुड़े सूत्रों के मुताबिक, एक व्यक्ति, जो खुद को किसी गैंग का लीडर कह रहा था, ने महेश भट्ट से 50 लाख रुपये की मांग की थी. शुरुआत में तो महेश भट्ट ने इसे मजाक समझा. लेकिन फिर उस शख्स ने महेश भट्ट को व्हाट्सऐप पर मैसेज कर कहा कि वो इस धमकी को हल्के में न लें.

उस शख्स ने महेश भट्ट को धमकी दी कि अगर उसे पैसे नहीं मिलेंगे तो वह महेश की बेटी आलिया और पत्नी सोनी पर कई राउंड गोलियां चलाएगा.
