ये तस्वीर है बुराड़ी भाजपा मंडल के पूर्व अध्यक्ष हरीश नैनवाल की ... हरीश नैनवाल का दूध का कारोबार है और आज सुबह करीब साढ़े चार बजे वो अपनी दूध की दुकान के सामने खड़े थे तभी पीछे से आ रहे आवारा सैंड ने उन्हें टक्कर मारी और वो दूर जाकर गिरे.... टककर तज़ होने की वजह से इन्हें काफ़ी चोट आई....इन्हें तुरंत संत परमानंद अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां डॉक्टर्स ने इन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया .. यहां आवारा सांडो की संख्या काफी है और इनकी शिकायत नगर निगम को कई बार की गई लेकिन दिल्ली नगर निगम सफाई की तरह आवारा पशुओ के मामले में भी ज़रा भी गंभीर नहीं है और यही नहीं बल्कि पूरी उत्तरी दिल्ली में नगर निगम कहीं भी इन आवारा पशुओ को नहीं हटा सका .. यहां निगम की लापरवाही ने एक शख्स की जान ले ली ..
यहां सीधे-सीधे नगर निगम के खिलाफ मामला बनता है लेकिन अभी तक दिल्ली पुलिस ने नगर निगम के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज नहीं की है

    Jammu and Kashmir Governor, Satya Pal Malik on Sunday said the militants, if they have to, should kill the corrupt people who have looted Kashmir instead of the innocent. Inaugurating the Kargil Ladakh tourism festival 2019 at Khree Sultan Choo stadium in Kargil, he said: "Why are you (militants) killing innocents including SPOs and PSOs. What will you gain by this? "If you have to kill why don't you kill the corrupt who have looted the country and Kashmir for so long." Malik also said that the militants do not have the power to erode the authority of the Indian government. "Yours is a futile struggle. You are losing your lives for nothing.

    -दिल्ली नगर निगम से एक बुजुर्ग पिछले 48 साल से कोर्ट में लड़ रहा है --निचली अदालत से लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक में नगर निगम केस हार चुका है लेकिन निगम न तो उसकी जमीन वापस कर रहा है और न ही मुवाजा ही दे रहा है --इस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट सख्त हुआ तो बड़े बड़े अधिकारीयों की कई बार मीटिंग भी हुयी और स्टेंडिंग कमिटी में इस बुजुर्ग को मुवाजा देने के लिए फंड रेजुलेशन पास भी कर दिया --लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश का पालन 25 साल बाद भी नहीं हो पा रहा है --वजह निगम के पास बुजुर्ग को देने के लिए न फंड है न जमीन --बुजुर्ग की जमीन पर निगम ने रेलवे का अंडरपास बना दिया --बुजुर्ग अब फिर सुप्रीम गया तो कोर्ट ने वैलिफ की नियुक्ति कर बुजुर्ग को जमीन का कब्जा देने की तारीख 27 फरवरी तय कर दी है --कोर्ट की इस सख्त फैसले से नगर निगम से लेकर दिल्ली ट्रेफिक पुलिस में हडकम्प मचा है और लोगों में चिंता की करोड़ों की लगत से बना सावन पार्क, अशोक विहार और मॉडल टाउन को जोडने वाला यह रेलवे अंडरपास क्या अब बंद हो जाएगा --?

    अशोक विहार के 76 साल के प्रेम सिंह नाम के इस बुजुर्ग से बेशक ठीक से चला नही जाता, लेकिन यह बुजुर्ग पिछले 48 साल से दिल्ली नगर निगम से अपने हक़ की लडाई लोवर कोर्ट से लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में तक लड़ चुका है --हर बार और हर कोर्ट ने इसके हक़ में फैसला सुनाया है लेकिन बावजूद इसके दिल्ली नगर निगम ने तो तो कोइ प्लाट दे रहा है और ही मुवाजा ही दे रहा है --नगर निगम में हडकंप तो मचा, बड़े बड़े अधिद्कारियों ने इस मामले पर कई मैराथन मीटिंग भी की , निगम की स्टेडिंग कमेटी ने विशेष रूप से चर्चा भी की और रेजुलेशन भी पास किया
